Outstanding service. I have another dealership closer but make the trip because of the great service. The communication and expertise of the staff is what I like. Also done timely.

2011 F350. I bought the extended paint/rust protection warranty. My paint is bubbling and my truck is rusting. I take my truck to Kenny Ross Body Shop to get the warranty work done. It takes 3 weeks, but they deny my claim. They say that there has to be a rust hole through the body. Not just surface rust. The paint bubbling isn't covered either.
So, basically, they stole $800 from me, for the price of the warranty. I will never do business with Kenny Ross ever again. I will tell everybody I know to never do business with Kenny Ross. I bought a $62,000 truck from them and they won't honor the $800 extended paint warranty that I also purchased from them. Thievery.

100% recommend this service department. Have never experienced a less the fantastic time when arriving for an appointment for my vehicle. My needs are always met with a smiling face. Jerry, my service advisor is always great to me and taking care of my vehicle. Thank you to Kenny Ross Ford for treating me excellent.

Just shopping around. Told that to the salesperson right off the bat. I figured he would just tell me to look around & leave me. But he stuck with me, showed me their inventory. Very laid back & casual. Nice salesperson. Will go back when I'm ready to purchase.
