My wife and I have purchased several cars over the years, which ironically have happened during the same time another one of our children have been born! A time to upgrade to larger and more economical vehicles. We aren’t your ordinary buyers, I’m very straight forward and know exactly what and where my number is and how to get there! We are meticulous and when we’re ready you know!

This brings me to my visit to Kenny Ross Mazda in North Huntington! We just happen be welcoming our third and final child into our family! How about a new car? We found one and my wife very much loved it. Susan was a tremendous help, little slow for me since I am very fast and quick to make a decision but I have her some slack since she was new. I was very direct from the beginning, I was able to appreciate the pricing which was provided to me and literally was happy that my wife could get a new car, the CX-9 which I believed was a great deal.we just feel through on a house and the pandemic had made pregnancy a real discomfort for her. She needed something new and nice before the baby boy came!

We setup the entire day, planned around it, working from home, filling out the “online” loan application which was for my wife since she has better credit than me and I was hoping we could get this vehicle delivered to us to surprise her this weekend! NOT even close!

JOE the young immature entitled sales manager insisted that my wife must be onsite to complete paperwork and that it was against the law to accommodate her even though she was 37 weeks pregnant and suffering from a potential pre term labor and heart problem from covid! He demeaned my wife saying his wife as pregnant too and that she still can come into to the building, I had her on FaceTime to answer questions for me which he refused to do and insisted that it was against the law? ! Again, the last vehicle purchased was delivered to us in 2017 from uniontown Ford a week before our second child was born! Paperwork signed at our house.let me add that dealers have been delivering cars nationwide for a year now but this guy was refusing to accommodate us. I had planned a surprise for her which she submitted loan application for and was approved! I clearly stated the terms that needed to be met during the initial phone call with Susan, this car had to be delivered to our house and that paperwork would be signed onsite at our house! I even was ready to pay her to bring it to me once we were done with preliminary papers! There is also software which has been standard procedure called Docusign which people buy million dollar homes with site unseen!

This guy “JOE” or whoever the sales manager is, has the nerve to tell me that oh well, the next person will buy it. Get with the program sir, you suck at customer service! I had my check ready for a down payment and you simply had to accommodate us because this past year sucked and we have a child being born and wife who has been nervous this whole time. I might add, the pandemic is real and providing masked to customer should have been safety protocols.

I simply and expressing my disappointment and outrage at this dealership manager who is entitled and thinks that customers should be turned away. I warn you as the next buyer, do not trust them and their methods of delivering customer service.if your a person of color, don’t even bother! This guy not once shook my hand nor did he come to greet me. He sent his slave, Susan to communicate the answer “NO” are you serious? There is NO respect for the customer and this guy should be fired!

This was a simply transaction, we had the number, I had the money, we had a deal! Guess I’ll find another dealer willing to accommodate us in the year from hell to make it alittle brighter! Riverview Autogroup should be embarrassed that JOE represents their brand! Shame on you!

My husband and I worked with Sue and Kerri. Sue was our saleswoman and Kerri helped with the deal. She gave us a fantastic price on our trade and really took their time to help us. This was our first time buying with Kenny Ross (also our first mazda). We also went to several other mazda dealerships in the Pittsburgh area. But Sue and Kerri stood out at Kenny Ross. If you are looking for a good deal on a mazda go see them!

Best price on a new Mazda in the Pittsburgh area, even in this wacky chip-shortage and tight inventory era. Everyone was 100% transparent, and no typical dealer shenanigans. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
All info asked for was provided without question or hesitation. Everyone my wife and I worked with was trustworthy and honest. I'm a broker, so am very familiar with current lease programs and numbers. I can say, without a doubt, this dealership is on the up and up, and 100% straightforward. If you're looking for a Mazda in the greater Pittsburgh area, save yourself the time and trouble, and just go here. If they don't have what you want, they'll find it for you.

The general manager, “Joe, ” refused to allow my husband to purchase a vehicle without me being present because the loan is in my name. He kept citing the law and saying it’s illegal to purchase a vehicle without being in person. Which, it is not. You can assign another individual to purchase a vehicle in your place if you are agreeable to this. I am almost 36 weeks pregnant undergoing cardiac issues. While I sat on FaceTime, he proceeded to downgrade the situation, saying that his wife is also having a baby. He was very rude and flippant. When my husband asked to speak with him multiple times, he refused to step out of his office.

Be advised that just because you fill out a loan application on-line doesn’t mean anything to them. They will make you do it again in person.

The end result, we walked away. The only reason was because of “Joe. ”

The salesperson was very nice, but the manager wouldn't let me take a used car to be inspected by my mechanic. For that reason, I went elsewhere.

Was the most horrible service I've ever had. Took my car to be serviced and instead of them being honest with me and letting me know that the car wasn't worth fixing they took $2,000.00 +some and the car was worse after the repairs. They kept my car for 6 weeks and then to add insult to injury the next time I returned it had the nerve to want more money. The management was horrible also.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and I love my new car! The associates are friendly and personable; I didn’t feel like a $$ sign. They listened to what I needed and I got just that and then some. Thanks Cody and staff! And their service department is the top notch as well. Jesse has always been honest and fair and I never left feeling like I overpaid or had been “gotten. ” #mazdaowner4life

I had my oil changed and mentioned that I was going to go home and sleep while waiting for the work to be finished because I’m a night shift nurse. When Jessie called to let me know that my car was ready, he left a message that Mazda was giving away oil changes to nurses. What a wonderful and unexpected surprise! Thank you so much Jessie and Mazda.

Jon was an awesome person to work with. I picked up a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with a bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance. Painless process. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just bought my 3rd Mazda today! Leased the 1st and just totaled the 2nd on black ice. I can’t believe 3 of us walked out of my cx-9 with minor bruises after sliding into a telephone pole! Michelle in the Irwin office is amazing!

Bought a used Jeep Patriot here a little over a week ago. Since then, the dashboard has lit up like a Christmas tree with multiple different issues. Tried to email Nick, the salesman who dealt with my fiance, and have not heard back. I'm sure I would get an answer immediately if I was inquiring about a vehicle though. So we call the dealership & we get told several times "you bought an as is vehicle. " Yes, I am aware of that obviously. However, if you're trying to tell me that none of these trouble codes were showing 2 weeks ago when your shop "inspected" it, I'm calling BS on that. Makes me wonder just how thorough these inspections are at dealerships. Probably just clear the codes, slap on a new sticker & put it on the lot.

UPDATE: Problems continued, took it to my mechanic & he said he would have never passed this vehicle for inspection. After several days of talking to different people at Kenny Ross, we were finally told today that they will not pay for any outside work done to the vehicle. So we should feel comfortable bringing it back to the original clowns that "inspected" it the first time? Ha, right. And I also find it amusing that the owner responds to the positive reviews but not the negative ones. Shows how much you truly care!

The staff at Kenny Ross Mazda (and Subaru) are always very friendly and courteous. Appointments are easy to schedule and usually within a few days. I would recommend them for service and sales.

The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They know their product and are happy to answer any and all questions. This includes the salesperson (she's perfect), the managers, the nicest financial person I've dealt with, the drivers, the mechanics and anyone else I may have missed. And you can't beat the Kenny Ross warranty. To be sure, I don't think they can be beat. They treat you like you're special. I highly recommend them. My salesperson was Michelle.

Great place to visit and great people to work with. No high pressure, shrewd or deceitful vibes from this dealership. Just down to earth nice people. Rudie was great. Knew his product inside and out and was able to answer all our questions.

Over the years I have been involved in the purchase of at least 15 cars and negotiated probably 3 times that number. Quit frankly I would have opted for a root canal rather than to buy another car. However, that task had to be done. I must say, this transaction was quick and painless! ! ! My sales person, Ryan Halterman, was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.no high pressure! David cinched the deal with a great trade value on my car. Even though it seemed as though I signed more paper work than I did getting a mortgage, that process was even pleasant. I would highly recommend Kenny Ross Mazda if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Trying to call to get a recall fix for my mazda but these people keep sending you to different people for service and another for parts. I got hanged up after being looped twice. Clearly they didn't care or not helping me to understand.
