Great buying experience with Rudie - quick and easy. Price was very fair, fees were reasonable. Rudie and Wendy were great to talk with, making things smooth. HUGE selection, one of the few dealerships that had the trim we wanted.

My sales person was Rudie and I had great experience buying a car with him. I absolutely love my Cx5.

I brought my Mazda in with transmission trouble. They kept it almost 3 weeks trying to troubleshoot, even bringing in an "expert" from Mazda's national Techline. They wanted to replace the transmission. I took the car to ShiftRight, a local transmission shop. They found and repaired a bad electrical connector in 2 hours, for $137 total. The car has been running great for weeks now.
Service personnel were always courteous and never tried to charge me for the time they spent, but they didn't get the job done.
I left a message for Kenny Ross on their web site describing this experience. Never got a response.

Great team effort, knowledgeable group of salesmen. We were open and honest with the sales group that we were "shopping", they did not pressure us, pester, bash the competition. They were the most professional group of salesmen I have ever worked with when buying a car. Will definitely recommend them.

Horrible dealership to deal with. They refuse to fix a leaking oil pan after I purchased a platinum warantee. They claim that they didn't "cause" the problem but they have no idea. I'm worried if they refuse to fix a simple thing like this I can't imagine the hassle of something really major going wrong with the car. I will tell every single person I know looking for a vehicle to never shop at Kenny Ross. They have already lost several potential customers.

Our experience at Kenny Ross Mazda was one of the best, if not the best, car buying experience we have had. We did not experience any hard ball tactics or pressure to buy. Our sales person, Rudie Policz, was very knowledgeable and patient in working with us, and was very open in disclosing all of the terms of the deal we agreed upon. We believe the final terms of our new car purchase, which included turning in a leased vehicle with significant overage on the mileage, was very fair and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda.

By far the easiest and most pleasant car sales experience I've ever had. I felt zero pressure to buy, which was a pleasant unexpected surprise. I visited the dealership looking for a CX5. And unlike some other pushy dealership I visited, Joe was friendly and flexible on all the request I made. The price they offered was reasonable. The decision was quick on both sides and I was happy to drive away with my first car in the US.

Typical used car buying experience. I was called with an offer on a vehicle that i was interested and i accepted their offer. After returning to the dealership, i was kept waiting while the "completed the paper work" only to be told that they can't honor the offer they gave me an hour ago.

I bought a 2016 Mazda 3 Hatchback in early February, and the service, from the sales department to financial/payment was excellent. They had the model, year and color that I wanted, worked with me on getting all the incentives that I was eligible for, and let me know about the rustproofing package that was available. The salesman, Rudi, actually took the time during his day off to answer a call/question that I had, and on the day of the purchase, the finance department stayed until the very end of business hours to complete the sale. The staff is very dedicated to working with the customer. A very positive experience. I highly recommend Kenny Ross Mazda to anyone looking for a new car.

Rudie was amazing. I started browsing potential cars online through True Car and Rudie was the only person from any dealership to contact me both by e-mail and telephone. I honestly wasn't planning to buy a car yet, but he and everyone else at Kenny Ross made me feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. They had the exact model I was looking for and worked hard to get the best price for me. Christene in the finance office was extremely helpful as well, especially considering how late in the day I initially looked at the car. She was able to secure financing very quickly and got me through the process very easily. In four days I went from merely browsing to driving my very first brand new car.

We went to test-drive a Mazda CX-3. During the test drive, Rudie asked lots about what we wanted from the car and quickly realised that a Mazda 3 would suit us better. He immediately took us out in another car and he was right - it was just what we wanted. He was happy to quote prices for various trim and finance options and gave written quotations for us to think about. We were very impressed by his empathetic salesmanship, and he was determined to get us a good price. He also made helpful comments on the competing cars we were considering, and even admitted that the competition scored highly in some areas.
Rudie was knowledgeable, reliable and straightforward to deal with. We'd give him six stars if we could.
The only real negative was the hard sell on the paint protection and extended warranty packages after we had agreed the sale. We just wanted to complete the paperwork and drive home in our new car.

I dread looking for a new car because of the reputation of most car dealerships. I told Rudie I wanted to communicate via e-mail and he was very accommodating and always responded quickly. I told him what I was looking for and the price I could pay and he helped to match me with the perfect vehicle. Even though the sale was basically a done deal when we arrived at the dealership, Rudie still took the time to walk us through every inch of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable of all the features. David, the manager, was also very helpful and accommodating!

I was looking for a new car for a couple weeks before stumbling upon Kenny Ross Mazda. All of the other dealers weren't the best experience, some (most) were even dismal. I am a car enthusiast, I was absolutely sick of going to car dealers where I knew more than the sales rep. Nearly all of the dealers knew absolutely nothing about cars, let alone the car they were trying to sell me. I am in sales as well and in what world does not knowing your product help you make a sale? Moreover, dealers like to act like they are "bottom line" pricing, but don't let into the hype, they aren't. The experience could not be more different with Rudie Policz and Kenny Ross Mazda. Rudie knew everything that he needed to and explained it in an extremely professional yet fun way. He had the exact car I wanted and everything was smooth as silk. Seriously, Rudie was excellent. I got a deal that i was satisfied with and the car I wanted without having to sacrifice anything. 100% recommend Rudie and Kenny Ross Mazda to anyone who is in the market. It was fantastic!
