The team at Keswick are beyond helpful. When you purchase a bicycle here you get more than just a quality ride, you get expert advice, as much personal attention as you desire and the 5 year service plan is the best deal in town.

Generally friendly, but seriously overpriced on everything I've stopped in there for, including tubes.

The staff is super knowledgeable and always happy to give advice when you need it. Great store for all of your biking needs.

I waited way too long to have my bike tuned up, but the mechanics at Keswick Cycle had it back up and running without a care in no time flat. A couple of months later, I took a spill on the trolley tracks and brought my bike in for a check-up. They took a look, made some minor adjustments, and sent me along free of charge! I will be coming back for all of my maintenance needs.

I had an issue with my bike and it turns out Keswick's repairs would cost me at least $100 (it's a brand new bike!). Checked with another bike shop and it turns out it was just a loose bolt. Cost for repair: $0. A priceless reminder to always check with another source! (Check with The Park Bike and Skate on Lancaster over these guys!)

Best bike store in the area. Great service, the sales staff is very friendly, and the service department is very good. Huge selection, and the only shop in the area open 7 days a week. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best bikes shops in Philly. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and down-to-earth, never condescending. It's definitely a premium shop-no volunteers here, just professionals-but the costs are fair and certainly worth the money. Broad selection of parts and accessories: tubes & tires, racks, locks, seats, lights, helmets, pumps, shoes, shorts, gloves, pedals, chains, tools, repair kits, and of course, bikes. Delivery drivers should ask about a discount.

I came in here to get my tires replaced and a flat fixed.well the very same day after i left the store the gears began slipping, now i didnt have that problem before and i believe this may have been caused by the mechanic.also within a week of this maintenance my seat broke off while i was riding.i really dont think this stuff is a coincidence

I had a great experience getting service on my bike here. The employees were patient, helpful and kept me in the loop about what was going on. My bike is running smoothly thanks to the mechanics there and the sales people were very helpful with my questions regarding locks lights and riding gear.thumbs up.

Great service, nice employees and very helpful. Make sure to have the damaged parts of your bike when you leave, because they could be worth something and some employees may want to keep them.
