Called for service and the woman who answered was only focused on telling me how to use the washing machine I'd been using for several years (with no issues). Very disappointed! She never offered services. We took our business elsewhere.

I called to schedule a service appointment for our refrigerator and freezer as it was intermittently working. The lady on the phone was so nice and actually gave me a list of things to do before they sent a technician out. I followed her instructions and sure enough the refrigerator started working again. It's nice to know there are still honest people and businesses that don't try and sell you a bag of goods you don't need when it's likely a simple fix. I highly recommend this business!

I cannot express my gratitude for how fast, efficient and thorough this business is. I called at 8a, they were out between 10 and noon as promised. Fixed the problem quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Best of all, I couldn’t be home and my wife was so happy with the professional approach. Thank you!

These guys are friendly, fast and neat. They bring towels to clean up the water, go the extra mile to defrost what needs to be. I called them and with in 20 minutes of my first call to them they were knocking on my door. I will always use and recommend them to everyone. We are thrilled! I couldn't be more pleased with the company. Called yesterday, They were able to fit us in today by 11am. Were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes my gas dryer was fixed. The price can't be better. Other places require so much more just to book the appointment. We will recommend them highly, and will use them again when needed. Can't live without a dryer with 3 boys.

I had a very old washer that no longer was draining. Husband and wife team were able to get out to me quickly and diagnose what was going on. They went above and beyond and suggested some new equipment that is both affordable and easy to have serviced. Will def use them again!

I was very impressed with Kevin and Karen's efficient service of our Samsung dryer. They quickly determined the belt was broken, had the correct replacement part on their truck, checked other components, vacuumed out the inside of the unit and were done in half an hour. Well done!

I called Kevin Harner today (13 July) for an issue with the refrigerator "frosting/icing-up" every couple weeks.and the lady said that she "never ran into this situation before" and to call someone else. Seriously? ! In your years of business, you never dealt with a refrigerator icing-up?

Wow.

Anyway, I then called SARCON Appliance, and they were able to get a technician out to see me in under two hours. The guy knew his stuff, and he saw that it was an issue with the sensor. I also brought up an issue with the ice dispensor, and he was able to correct that within [literally] 10 seconds.without charge! I'm glad that the lady at Kevin Harner steered me elsewhere and that I found SARCON. They will be my go-to company going forward, and they even charged HALF of what I expected, which was an added bonus.

Friendly good service. Saved me a trip charge by suggesting to unplug fridge for 24 hours to defrost then back on to see if it worked. Then they came out with correct part. Fixed it on the first try. Would recommend!

I called to inquire about refrigerator repair. The woman that answered was very abrupt and rude. She would ask a question and then cut me off and told me what I was telling her didn't make sense. In the end she told me they were too busy to help me and to call someone else. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Kevin and his wife easily diagnosed the problems on both my washer and dryer. They didn’t have one part and immediately ran to get it and came back so it wouldn’t inconvenience me. Super customer service, one year warranty on parts. I would 100% recommend them

Very responsive and friendly team who was able to take a look at our 25-year-old Maytag within two days of leaving a message. They were able to re-balance the machine during the initial service call within an hour. Arrival was prompt and well within the time window we were given. Also priced extremely reasonably. I will never use anyone else! Had an issue with my super squeaky dryer so I sent an email late Tuesday afternoon. They responded back very quickly and were able to come out on Thursday (today)! They gave a totally reasonable window of time for when I could expect them to be here and even called me when they were on their way to give me an ETA. Both Kevin and Karen were so freakin’ nice the entire time and took the time to explain different things to me that seriously made me question how I’ve made it this far in life. They work so well together, it was honestly a pleasure having them in my home. 10/10 would definitely invite them over for dinner if that wasn’t weird. 20/10 would use them again in a heartbeat.

Kevin and team got back to me within a day of me reaching out. They came the next day to fix our dryer which was not producing heat. They were quick, professional, made friends with our pets while they were here. They also fixed the dryer door which was not functioning correctly free of charge. We will definitely use them again!

Didn't use them this time but did get an estimate to repair my GE fridge. They called me back with pricing to replace what I suspected was the problem. They were quick to get back to me and if I wanted to get it repaired, I would have used them. Have used them before and was always happy with their service, knowledge and honesty.
