21 These guys are honest as the day is long. I called to schedule a service appointment for our front load Samsung washer that was out of balance. They immediately knew what was wrong and told me that it would cost more to fix it than to repair it and suggested what type of washer I should get that would be trouble free (Maytag/Westinghouse/GE top loader).
They could have scheduled an appointment to diagnose this in person and charged me for the service call all to tell me the same thing. Instead they spent several minutes on the phone explaining the situation and thus saved me a bunch of money that would have ended in me getting a new washer anyway.
That is integrity and customer service in spades and I will definitely be calling them for all future appliance repair needs.
