Keystone works very hard to please it's customers. Lots of check points along the way to build a home you love. I am a Realtor and have worked directly with them with my clients. And I happen to live in a home built by Keystone.

We visited the Sprogels homes off of Route 100 in Pottstown on the weekend and were super excited about buying a home in this development. As soon as we walk in a lady is standing there and just says hi. No introduction and no welcoming us at all! Which I thought was strange, because every other new construction developments we visited so far, have been so extremely helpful and overly kind. This lady was rude! As soon as we sat down she started asking how much money do you make, what house are you interested in so I can run numbers to make sure you can afford one of our homes. Wow! This is so out of line! I can only expect this was due to us being a different race. She should of walked out then but we wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I told her we're already approved for up to 500K but interested in a home between 400-425K with 50-55K down. During the whole process she kept acting like we were bothering her with our multiply questions. To top it off, she never even asked if we would like a walk through of the sample home. We had to ask her and she basically followed us around without providing any information on the house, unless we asked the questions. At the end of the walk through, we said thank you and nice meeting her (even though she was rude) and I went to shake her hand. She wouldn't even shake my hand, she said she was getting sick! She had no signs of getting sick. She is extremely unprofessional and because of her, we will NOT be buying a home from Keystone. Very disappointing experience!

Keystone makes quality custom homes. They respond quick to any issues and resolve all to my satisfaction. Love my new home.

This is my first home and I was terrified, lol! But Keystone made the experience exceptionally easy, and my home is beautiful. From the listing agent Victoria to the construction manager Scott, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Through the online site Key Choices, I was able to look at all of the structural, electrical, and design choices for my house and see pricing for everything, allowing me to stay within my budget and get what I needed and a few wants. At closing, the actual builder came in, shook my hand and thanked me for choosing Keystone. My keys were presented on a large cutting board with my house design etched on it! Once I walked into the house after closing, it was immaculate for a new construction. Toilet paper in all of the bathrooms, as well as hand soap and dish detergent and a dish towel that says “Home Sweet Home. ” There was also a card from the construction crew! Who does that? This team is absolutely awesome, and I’d gladly build with them again!

Chris Trayers, our building forman manager and his assistant, Noah Johnson, were very helpful and attentive to our numerous questions and concerns during our building process.

Although Keystone Custom Home Builders, try to provide their customers a quality, Amish built home; Keystone falls short on providing their customers with any type of compassion or concern.
Keystone was neglectful of not providing clear communication to us, their clients, with regards to structural changes to the model home's floor plan. The engineers or any other manager never reached out to apologize to us for the structural changes which deviated from the style of home we thought we were building. Since we decided to build the model home as it was shown to us and we were never advised of these structural changes Keystone did to their model.
The engineers treated us as if we should be blueprint readers. They totally disregarded and dismissed the entire situation as if we were just spending $5 for this home. They showed us no respect as their customers.

In conclusion, we are grateful to have had the pleasure to work with Chris Trayers and Noah Johnson, both of which showed some compassion and concern for my husband and myself. Their rating would be 5 star.
As for Keystone, the company, they don't seem to care or respect their customers. So Keystone custom home Builders, I would grade them as average.

We love our new house. Very friendly people, very satisfied from start to finish.i can t really say enough good things about Keystone. It was a pleasurable, fun and very informative process. Highly recommend Keystone if youre looking to build.

We had a great experience. The team shows great attention to detail. Answered all of our many questions. Was available by phone and email, even in the evening hours. Walked us through the entire process, never felt out of the loop on any part of the build. Would highly recommend!

Keystone builds a fantastic product and my wife and I are thrilled with the final outcome. With any project of this size we experienced a few speed bumps, but the team, especially Scott Bower was there to ensure our needs and concerns were met.

We are very pleased with our Keystone Custom Home! Everything went very well from beginning to end. The final product is everything we hoped it would be. I would recommend this builder to anyone.

A wonderful experience. We decided to have Keystone build out home based on other reviews. We certainly we're not disappoint. The house turned out great and we are the now proud home owners of a beautiful home.

Highly recommend Keystone homes. Gorgeous looking and well put together. Personnel very professional, approachable and friendly. We had Stephen Zonarich as our Construction manager. He communicated the building process to us every step of the way. For the most part, we are satisfied. However, make sure you hold them accountable to make any corrections that you deem necessary before closing. "Be involved".

Keystone has great employees. My wife and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. The home selections are awesome, there are so many types and models to choose from. Keystone stands by there work and they will correct any problems. The ladies at the design center were awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Keystone to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home.

This was our second time building with Keystone, and our home is amazing and beautiful! Bryan B.their construction manager is a rockstar and was easy to communicate and took care of us. If I had a problem, he would work fast to resolve it and took care of our home during the building process. I would highly recommend building with Keystone!

Keystone is a very accommodating company. We had a rocky start with construction until the road was in but then it moved quickly. No major problems occurred during construction. What did occur was easily corrected. Brian is a great construction foreman to work with. Only major complaint is every change to the plans cost $250.00 change fee.

Overall, from beginning to end, we had a great experience with Keystone Custom Homes. It was a pleasure working with their preferred lender team and visiting the design center, everyone was very supportive and professional. A special thanks to Stephen, our construction manager - he's an outstanding communicator that kept us updated on the progress made and the way ahead. Our home was delivered on schedule. We are satisfied buyers.

Just closed on our house and love our house so much. Brittany is absolutely amazing and love all the help and support she provided. Excited to meet our neighbors and spend many years enjoying our home!

What a great company. From Mike Klaips great customer service. Everyone so friendly. Chris Trayers did a good job getting everything done. We did have quite a few things not finished at settlement but that is to be expected. Also thier preferred lender RMS was amazing. All around a great experience. Can't wait to enjoy our new home.
