From the first tour (Thanks, Lynn!) through settlement each person was very attentive and accommodating. The design center was fantastic and Scott, the site construction manager was wonderful, keeping us updated on the progress and what next steps would be. One stumbling block but we had an agreement by settlement.

I had a really good experience. Elizabeth Stinson was amazing and helpful with picking out the right model and options. During the build, Brad Myers, the build manager, was quick to respond to any questions I had and resolve any issues.

Purchased an already built home. While we did not get the “full” building experience we were treated like any other customer. The builder and sales team were great and made the buying experience smooth. We are a full 2 days in the home but are very happy thus far. We are, however, a little sad that the deck we purchased was not ready at settlement.

My overall experience building with keystone was excellent! There are so many trim options, the quality of construction is fantastic, and you don't have to wait forever for your dream home because it took only a little over 5 months from signing the papers to keys in my hand. My construction manager Stephen was a miracle worker and even recovered time in our schedule after some very nasty weather set us back.

I would love to say that the whole custom home building and buying process has been satisfying but for us, it has not been as kind to us. We began the process last spring 2017 with a target completion by the end of summer. The construction was delayed almost 2 months because of issues.
Friends if you build PLEASE watch for any signs of moisture in your basement.
