Kingswood Apartments & Townhomes

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER live here. I’ve been living here from 2019-2020 and the moment I get the chance I’m going to leave this big/ mouse INFESTED apartment. Hallways smell awful and residents actively leave trash outside the front public hall areas all the time. I wish I never wasted the money.

I have contacted management many times for leaks and clogs we have and now mice are everywhere 3 traps and 3 dead mice but there are still more. This is ridiculous no one should have to live like this.

I lived here for 2 years, and really enjoyed it. Management is responsive to questions and maintenance requests. I had to get my lease extended twice due to the pandemic and management got it done promptly no questions asked.

It's been almost 2yrs we staying at KingsWood and the experience has been joyful and plan to continue here for atleast 2 more year). Great place to live and nice neighborhood

Moved here last month and so far so good everything accessible with in one mile distance and appartment is spacious with all amenities. Friendly neighborhood.

The easiest & quickest move We’ve ever made! Kelsey was an absolute blast to work with. She was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process, from first look to moving in. All of the staff we got the chance to meet, were so friendly and inviting! We are beyond excited to call Kingswood our new home!

This Apartment Complex Kingswood which is Morgan-properties is run by very dishonest people. To their occupants who live there and are on time with rent for three years, they will double bill them hundreds of dollars when they are moving out and send it to their collection company NCAC national credit audit corporation. They are completely fraudulent and corrupt. I advise anyone who is considering moving here to just run and avoid Kingswood Apartments like the plague.

I would never recommend to anyone - the entire complex is poorly managed, the property is completely neglected and insanely overpriced.

I arrived to Kingswood by pretty much picking somewhere on the map after relocating from Chicago. After a little more than a year, I can say that it has been a very positive experience. I have been very impressed with the quality and timeliness response of maintenance, never felt unsafe, and the leasing staff is really friendly and helpful.

I have had the misfortune of living here for two years, I can easily is the entire staff that works here are horrible rude people. I have had cockroaches in the back of my apartment for sometime. They will find anyway possible to get extra $$$ out of here. Avoid this place at all costs.

It is easy accessible place from septa bus 124,125 and train to street 69th. They usually have low rate apartments but in summer these are bit expensive. All facilities are good, but mentainance required. Children play area, lone tennis court is available. Pool open from Jun to till Labour day.

Good place to leave in low price. Indian grocery shop near by and walmart, costco, KOP mall is also near by

We’ve been here for 5 months and already had 4 water shut offs, a power outage, phones and internet were down twice, finishing in the apt is tacky as hell, coats racks falling (they used nails instead of wood screws “genius”) I had to fix myself, we paid to get accent walls and they painted the boarders the same color as the walls. (Everyone knows you’re supposed to leave boarders white.), there’s a paint drip on the light fixture in the bathroom, the towel bar fell out of the wall when I removed my towel to dry off, the toilet paper holder fell out when I had to wipe my ass. I can write forever!

Low rating has you scared? Good. When we did our site visit I mentioned their low ratings and was given a really sweet line, "have you ever ordered flowers and they were beautiful? Did you leave a 5 star review? No? Yeah only the negatives get posted". And I was dumb enough to listen to them.

Good luck ever getting a repair done that actually works, and you'll never see that security deposit back. I repainted, had all repairs done, heck even shampoo'd all the carpets TWICE. Should have had a nice deposit and the final invoice had insane charges for ridiculous things that brought it down to $100, and from what I hear that's pretty standard with them.

I’ve been living at Kingswood for almost a year now after just finding out a month ago I have been paying for a renovated unit which my apartment is not upgraded prior to what maintance told me when I had a issue with my heat when it was freezing out. I had a appointment a couple weeks ago with the upper leaseing office staff when they had told me that there was nothing they could do to fix the issue even when I had pictures of my unit! The apartments here are extremely over priced for what you get and to top it off there needs to be new management. There is constantly thousand legged bugs that appear almost daily there is mice that live in your kitchen and no one ever answers when you call and when they do they are extremely rude fees like your bothering them DO NOT LIVE HERE! Unless you have no other options

Good luck getting your security deposit back from these criminals! They sent me a final statement showing they owed me part of my deposit back after final charges. When I asked for it back, they produce a new statement with additional charges now showing I owe them $128. I wold absolutely recommend you look elsewhere to live!

Heat broke multiple times throughout the winter. It was 6 degrees outside and we went 24 hours for them to turn it back on. Our neighbors are TERRIBLE, loud cursing yelling cigarettes everywhere outside and they never pick up after their dog. My complaints to the management falls on deaf ears. The dog park is covered in huge ditches and always muddy, there isn't enough room for the dogs to run because there is agility course equipment that takes of 3/4 of the space even though there is no need for it. We asked for benches to be put in and they ignored us and we overheard them complaining about us asking for outdoor lighting and benches. The people who work here do not care about you or your satisfaction, they barely utter an apology and hang up. If I could break my lease I would have, August cannot come soon enough so I can leave.

There was a fire in the building. The management, after 4 hours of keeping everyone outside of the building in the freezing winter cold, offered shelter through Red Cross instead of immediate proper care. They Ok'd moving back in while there were dust and smoke odor from the fire and cut through the ceiling.

When raising these concerns, they were focused on contract renewal with much more priority while this tenant was sick in hospital ICU.

The quality of customer service and property management is extremely poor.

With this kind of experience, I'm not renewing the contract after my first year. Going to a different place, instead.

Do NOT live in Kingswood! We moved here after college and the apartment are overpriced and terrible quality. Not updated at all, maintenance problems constantly, and dog waste all over the grass throughout the neighborhood. Our apartment floods from the ceiling leaking every 4-6 weeks that we have lived here. They sent out someone to "fix" it and it just continues to happen. Packages are constantly stolen or lost. And management is extremely unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and do not live here!

I could not live in this place for long, I moved out of the place by breaking the lease after a couple of months. This is an Overaged and under maintained apartment. The whole apartment buildings are long Outdated. Lots of rats roam around in the neighborhood and very frequently enter the house, you have to live with rats, roaches, bed bugs inside the apartment and lot of Pet waste in the community and what not. Very old and outdated fittings inside the apartment.cannot name one or two, here everything is outdated. Pls avoid this outdated apartments if you want to have peace of mind.
