Kingswood Apartments & Townhomes

The apartment is old and not well maintained. There are lot of roaches and insects coming up. The apartment itself is overpriced for its condition and the facilities provided. After vacating the apartment they charged a hefty sum of over $300 for carpet cleaning, kitchen cleaning etc. Even though we left the apartment in clean condition. When contacting the apartment they don't give proper response. The bill they give is not transparent and they charging a fee for everything.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Currently living here now and I regret it so much. The biggest problem is they have a lot of bugs. Cockroaches, spiders and now I’m even finding bed bugs. My husband is being attack by bugs and we never had this problem before. Even when you go into the dirty smelly apartment hallways you will find bugs on the walls/ bugs crawling up the stairs It’s disgusting

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Shady landlords, broken appliances, dirty rugs. I would rate 0/5 stars if I could.

Stay away from this place. They literally rob you without any notice. They imposed $250 amenity fee in addition to their ridiculously high rent. We do not use their stupid equipment less gym and pool but they impose on you no matter what. The staff are really rude and not willing to help. The worst experience ever.

Our experience at Kingswood was terrible.we had an end apt we rented 108 or something that we never toured. We could see why, water entered the apt and damaged the carpet, constant mold issues that made us sick. We even tried transferring and the management tried to charge $800.00 that was not on my lease. I mean we had troubles living in a 1 bedroom that they want us to pay back fees.give us a break Diane.ex rental.

The worst apts I ever lived. There were Mice and bugs everywhere and no one takes the ownership of the problem. The staff in the office for the residents was very rude. I don't recommend to anyone go there. Our experience was terrible.

These apartments are dirty and rat filled we seen our food in the cabinets had holes in the boxes and we're being eaten so we asked if they can put out traps and we got some so we told the lady down in the office if she can send someone the whole time she was very rude and mostly said it was out fault that it should be in plastic containers and not in the boxes and told us we should be more clean but we vacuum and clean the house at least once a week if I was you I wouldn't get an apartment here

Nice deal to get you to move in and the development looks nice from the outside but they're not well maintained on the inside. Rodents and cockroaches are a problem. For the price- it's trash.
