27I love Kohl's but this location needs an overhaul on employees. Chatting on there cell phones, having loud personal conversation with other employees, went to makeup section there were 3 employees chit chatting and offered no assistance.
I can always find something in Kohls. Some of what I wanted and some of what I didn't know I wanted!
50/50 chance of finding something here that is both what you want and a decent price. The last 5 times I have gone to this Kohl's, I have walked out pretty much empty handed.
Love the ease of a return or exchange there. Although it's too cluttered with racks of cloths and never find what we want first time.
Kohl's is my primary store. Only thing I can't get for myself there are suits. For men, I can't get alot of things I need due to size. They need tocarry more in xxl and xxxl
I love my local Kohl's. This store is always very clean, especially the bathrooms. Good selection of stuff and the racks and displays are almost always neat. I have had great experiences with the folks on register and customer service. Everyone has been polite, friendly and conversational. Ample parking.
Feels a bit cramped and sometimes the clearance sections are really trashy however it's generally a clean store
