Only came here because they had a bag for the breath test for H. Pylori. The employees were all discussing the stimulus checks and government, while the patients were all waiting standing by the register desk. This is very unprofessional. After all, they gave my husband a breathing bag to breath in the lobby, where everyone else was waiting.

Went to this location before. Today was the best experience i ever had. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I was out in 10 minutes. Everytime i go there new staff. Please keep this staff that was there today. They were the best! Thank you ladies!

Woman working there is most ignorant human ever. My whole family has witnessed the nasty attitude on several occasions. NEVER go here!

I have been using this location for my blood work for many years and I'm very satisfied with the service they provide: very prompt and professional. Anisa is one of the best lab technicians there. Having terrible veins, I never felt discomfort in her hands. Thank you for your work!

They sent me a bill more than 2000 dollars for simple blood test with my good insurance. It's crazy place.

Every time I go to this lab it’s always a problem with everything from lab slips to their attitudes. I’ve gone 4 times and it’s always a disaster. I will not be going back.ever.

It is horrible process trying to made appointments on-line. I have tried several times and it keeps returning me back to the same page even though I submitted all my information.

Anisa is the best lab technician I ever met. She has really golden hands. I have hidden veins to find, but she performed all my blood tests painlessly and perfectly. Thank you very much, Anisa

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I also always make an appointment. Staff are always nice, respectful and friendly. I always tell my fiends to use this location.

Staff is VERY rude! Sitting talking personal matters, fixing jewelry and LOUD! I had a terrible headache after I left. Not professional at all!

Very rude staff. Not sure her name but it was a while older looking lady who called names back. There was an older couple about 70+ years old & they were still sitting there 20 mins passed their appointment. The staff worker said “I called your name. You didn’t come up & now have to wait as a walk in. ” That was so rude especially considering their older. I could never say that to someone of that age. Have some respect. Not enough seats for amount of people.

Very nice experience! Was in and out in 15 mins for my 2 yr old daughter's bloodwork (made an appointment ahead of time). The lab techs were very accomodating! Will highly recommend this location.

Receptionists Keisha and Andraa were extremely curtious and professional. The phlebotomist Kris was also very professional and pleasant. It didn’t take long once I went back. It is difficult getting a fasting appointment so make your appointment as soon as possible.

If you're looking for THE WORST LABCORP IN THE WORLD, look no further. Firstly, the staff here is TERRIBLE. The girl at the front desk with the bad eyelashes was nasty to anyone who dared ask a question. Second, the wait here was looooong. I've never had to wait an hour just to get blood drawn! The waiting room kept filling up but the girls behind the desk were to busy laughing and eating to be bothered. I was FINALLY seen and sent to a room to have my test done and all 4 rooms I passed had people waiting to have blood work done as well. I had to wait another 25 minutes for the phlebotomist, who was a humorless lump of misery. She didn't wash her hands, and claimed not to have any butterfly needles for my small veins. Also, the most painful blood draw of my life! One week later, and my arm still doesn't feel right!

If you need to have blood work done, for the love of Mercy, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Did not use correct tubes for all my tests, had to return. Charged me another deductible for their error. Phlebotomy folks are usually nice but reception staff are rude and condescending. I asked a couple questions and every answer was "have a seat sir" Who needs this treatment?

The service is okay, but the help is nasty. When you go to sign in the receptionist is nasty. Not a smile on their faces. Not a hello, nothing just growls.
Also, had to have tested done over because results way off from the last.

Extremely bad service hour and half to two hours waiting also work at the computer just set with out doing nothing and let people with for nothing
