I wonder why the website says they're open until noon on Saturday. The sign on door says they close at 11am.

I've had 11 blood tests at this facility over the last 3 years and requested butterfly needles all 11 times. I've been told either "we don't have them" or "those are for people with small veins". Butterfly needles must be expensive, and LabCorp must be "profit first" focused instead of "patients first". I doubt they will ever have those needles for me. So after all these years, it's time to find a different lab. The reason I requested butterfly needles is because they (at this facility) damaged my nerve while drawing blood. I couldn't make a fist for about 3 months and the arm is still weak. From time to time, they stick the needle too deep and cause bruise and discomfort, especially when a lot of blood needs to be drawn.

Bad customer service at the front desk! Very irritated going there and their unprofessional when they should be working not playing around.

If I could give NO stars I would. Not once but two times I have taken my mom there for her labs and this is the second time that the lab did not do all of the test ordered so I take off early from work pick up mom for doctors appointment it is time discuss labs.only 2 out of 7 labs completed the ones that needed to be done to adjust her med were NOT.so now I have to take off work again for labs and another doctor appointment. YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES WAITING TIME AND MONEY. I WANT A JOB WHERE I ONLY DO WHAT I FEEL LIKE DOING GUESS I SHOULD APPLY HERE.
