Purchased a new 1500 ram here. They gave me a great trade in price and came up with awesome bottom line deal. No haggling was necessary! They were thousands cheaper then any other dealership within 50 sq.miles. My salesman was Ian and he was great to work with.

If I could give it no stars I would, the sold a Jeep Compass to us and no long after we got home that same week the car started asking for a oil change, no long after that now they’re saying that it needs the right knuckle changed witch we have to pay out of pocket because is not cover under warranty, (we just got it) i can’t believe this I’m so pissed.
Don’t go to this dealership, plenty of others in the area to choose from. Had my car in for 2 weeks, ample time for them to find something wrong with the electronics. Couldn’t find anything, drove it around for over 30-40 Miles to figure it out, found nothin. Go on to charge my 100 bucks for manual labor, leave me on empty, when the problem was supposed to be covered by warranty. Don’t waste your time with them

I bought my 2013 Journey from Ladd Hanford. The sales part exceeded my expectations and it was a great experience. However, the service department on the other hand is completely frustrating. Everytime I have to go in for anything I have nothing but problems and always wind up waiting longer than expected. I always leave extremely frustrated with the experience and will no longer have my car serviced there.
Took my 2015 Chrysler 200 In for a oil leak they look at my car Found that the ole filter was leaking Along with the Drain plug so they fix it and good to go thanks again
Stopped in to look at their trucks. They did not have one truck in stock that I wanted to see. I asked for information on the 2019 Ram and they had no information on that as well. The salesman lacked knowledge of the product and inventory.
Brought my 2015 Dodge diesel with 46,218 miles in because the throttle has stuck twice on me. They said they couldn’t diagnose it and said it could be cause it idles to much, they said bring it back if it happens again. The pedal goes to the floor and won’t come off while driving. I had to slam it in neutral and turn the key off to get the vehicle to stop accelerating numerous times. Bring it back if it happens again? ! If I survive the next time, luckily there were no vehicles in front of me when it happened and I was in a situation where I could pull to the side of the road as it rolled after I turned the vehicle off. If I was a dodge dealer, I wouldn’t be sending someone on their way knowing there is that big of a risk and danger. What if I’m driving on ice on interstate down a hill around a curve with a ton of traffic and it sticks? Bring it back to you after that to diagnose? Not sure if it is laziensss or stupidity, but I’m going with stupidity.
I have dealt with Ladd-Hanford in the past and this dealership and its salespeople are the best. They have gotten me, in my opinion, the best deals on what I've wanted and the best prices on my trade-ins. I highly recommend them.
Service department is ridiculous. The manager is disrespectful and laughs on the phone as you complain about his lack of help. He claims to bend over backwards but never returns the phone call in a timely manner and shows on his face that he doesnt want to help. He talks to women in a completely different tone then men as if we are negligant to the automotive world! I now have a newer truck and have to spend 2300 to fix it because my truck got "wet" and they could care less to help pr try to!
We were happy to know that our previous salesman Jon Drexler was still with Ladd Hanford he's very knowledge and will always try to get you the car you want.

James Green salesmen, the best. Bougt a Mazda 3 i sport 2014 new.we had nearly all communication thru emails.it was awesome and made for quick paperwork at dealership once i arrived.
Service department is awful. Every time our truck goes in it sits for a week or two. We have complained about transmission issues for over a year. They always claim it is not transmission. While down south for vacation the transmission started acting up again so we stopped at a dealer down here. Low and behold we are getting a new transmission. Thank God we did not bring it home to PA and got a second opinion. My family and I will no longer service our vehicles or purchase from ladd-hanford.
