Great experience

I had a great experience buying my Mazda CX-5 from Ladd Hanford with help from Bill Wentzel. He was both friendly & helpful. I have no doubt I can contact him should I need help with anything.

After calling just to see if the simple oil change is done on my Van. I'm told to hold, comes back, umm hold, what's the last name again? (after I gave it to them about about 3 times). Then I asked about shuttle service, um yah we have it available, oh hold on, he's gone for the day.
I said can I get answer to my questions, then he says "sorry to piss you off"

Very, Very poor customer service EVERY time. Go to another dealer if you can!

What a great experience. Bill Wentzel was a gem. No haggle. Friendly service. Drove from Philadelphia area to look at the car. Was better than described. Picked it up next day. Would buy another car from them in a heart beat.

Car I bought was junk, my salesman refused to help at all after the fact, also refused to move on price, and every time it goes in for warranty work they say it'll brake a day but always takes longer! Buyer beware!
