My husband and I were recently searching for a Lexus IS300 and weren’t having any luck at the dealership by my house (Motorworld Lexus) they were extremely rude and made us feel like they were talking about us in the managers office. So I came home and started searching for other options and was THRILLED I called Lehigh Valley Lexus! Jake Boyle answered the phone when I first called and he was extremely professional and helpful, he gave me tons of information and helped me find my dream car! I called Jake on a random Saturday morning only to find out a white IS300 with red interior would be arriving the week of July 4th, I immediately placed a deposit and Jake kept me in the loop the entire time! He even sent me pictures of my car and set up a free delivery! Couldn’t ask for a better dealership, everyone is extremely friendly and Jake made the process stress free! This dealership is hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jake Boyle is an awesome person to work with. He is completely knowledgeable about all the cars they have on their lot, and his easy going demeanor and amazing conversational skills make the entire experience hassle and pressure free.

Everything was taken care of over the phone and through email, and when I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign some paperwork and get a tour of the new car.

Kyle showed me every last feature of the car and helped to setup the Lexus app which was a huge help. I saw a 2012 toyota highlander on the carfax site which was at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. I knew it would go quick, since it was priced under market value. I went the next day to look at it and Sean was such a great help! We went for a test drive and did most of the paperwork. I was planning on trading in my other car, but my Mom decided she wanted to keep it. So, when we went to pickup the new highlander everything Sean and I originally did had to be changed up. But, James picked up right where Sean left off. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership!

It is rare that an owner will meet you when buying a car, but Peter Cooper did just that. He even asked what he could do to make the buying experience better. "Nothing", we said. Sean Cook, the salesman, made the no haggling experience painlessly seemless.

I have a newly acquired Lexus and my nearest dealer is Lehigh valley Lexus. I called for a inquiry dealing with a very routine oil change gave my make model and year shouldn’t be a mission to find out cost and when I can schedule my appointment the receptionist was so clueless as to everything an had no answers dealing with the service department an exspressed so. Nobody answered and she asked me to call back later or give her my number to be called back, not the best costumer service in my book

Not very good at keeping up with correspondences or their websites. Make sure you call and double check all details before dealing with this dealership.

I had an issue with my Bluetooth not downloading my contacts to my Lexus GS from my phone ever since I installed an Android update. I showed up unannounced today, without an appointment, late in the day and Jeff Whary and Rich George went out of their way to resolve the problem for me. There was no charge and they even had my car washed for me. This is the true embodiment of the LexusPlus service that I appreciate so much at LOLV.
