My review is based on speaking with two salesmen at the dealership yesterday. Was interested in an LC 500. The first representative John told me the car was a available, took my number said they would get back to me with a price. Was passed on to a senior salesman, without being notified, who send me an offer which I accepted for $104,600 with an available $5000 rebate. Moments later was told that offer was no longer valid, and sent me a new offer for $121,400 with a $5000 rebate. That was simply not a no nonsense price they advertise. Sure looks like $17,000 worth of nonsense! Told James Johnson that the premium was unacceptable. I am a lawyer, was thinking of suing them since I have the records in hand. Just not worth my time. So a word of caution to any prospective buyers at this Lexus dealership.
