They sucked with their installation and because their store wrote the wrong credit card # my daughter had to leave and get cash from the bank.

If you picked carpet that only lasted a year that's your fault for buying cheap carpet. I have purchased there a number of time and always tell them what I need for where I need it. Usually high traffic area's. They show me what will work for those places. Always worked out. Ya have to spend a little more for better wearing carpet. Colman sense! I will keep shopping there!
