I had the best experience in the last 5 years I have travel to multiple locations around the world and ate in multiple restaurants and I have never had a service like MS. Terry.she’s amazing.longhorn did a amazing job hiring her.

Food and service was to be expected, good, however, when seating our party the host put our eating utensils and napkins under his armpit to carry them.

Food was delicious and a great presentation. Staff was friendly and helpful and had great suggestions on what they though was good. Will for sure be going back.

Great atmosphere love cowboy decor. Staff attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts and shrimp / lobster chowder. Will definitely be back

The waiter was not good, I believe just had to many tables not sure just not paying attention to our drinks and never came back to asked how our steak was.

Unfortunately tonight they were off. I ordered a medium rare ribeye and my wife ordered a medium well sirloin. I received a well done ribeye and my wife a medium rare sirloin. We just traded our steaks. Otberwise everything else was very good.

No wait for a table, comfy atmosphere. LOVED our server, he was very outgoing and funny. Food was okay but definitely wouldn’t return for another meal. The bourbon old-fashion drink was very tasty.

Great flavor, great price, great place. Healthier options, too. Our waiter Bill was top notch, get this man a promotion. If you don't get the steakhouse mac as a side then you're not living to your full potential.

Food was perfect and the service was great. Lexy our server was extremely attentive and very bubbly.

Excellent food but we had to wait for it a liitle longer than we wanted. They weren't busy so we were a little surprised it took so long to get our meals.

Service has gotten worse over the years. Came here today for lunch and the place was almost empty. Our waitress forgot about our order and served the food barely warm. Drinks weren't refilled a single time while we ate. Then we had to ask twice for the check. Check/Receipt# 40697

Ordered prime rib which had been excellent in the past. Was thoroughly disappointed with the cut of beef I received. Prime cut is a grade that contains significant marbling (fat) in the lean part of the cut and typically a fringe of even more succulent flavor. This serving was choice cut at best. I complained and they gave me a $25 gift card via email, but I would have preferred to have a totally satisfying meal with no hastle.

I highly recommend long horn steakhouse for a great steak.and the new white cheddar cheese dip w/chips thumbs up.

Good quality steak house. I've had better steak, but usually over 40$ a plate. Porter house is the best steak I have gotten from any chain, and from anywhere in this state. Ribeye is a good second, but that's a personal preference. Service has always been great. My family likes the chicken as well. Appetisers are really good, but nothing you can't get at other similar joints. All in all a favorite place to have a good dinner out with the family or friends.

The service was not good never came back to ask if everything was good. I had a glass of wine would have like another but she never came back we had to ask someone to get our check for us. The money we spent I expected better service. Not sure I would go back.

Our server terri was absolutely amazing I would definitely ask for her if you plan on visiting she will make you feel like your visiting family and is super knowledgeable about the menu. The food is amazing in our area it would be hard to find items on their menu else were and have them be half as good. I will definitely visit again for family functions and the like. Clean environment is also a large plus and accommodations for allergies are also massive positives.

Its nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom is beautiful. It has a chair and a huge mirror in there. The waiter was kind and on top of everything. The food was great.

Great atmosphere, friendly waitress Kellylynn was very attentive. She made sure all her customers were comfortable, consistently checked on everyone, excellent service.

Very good and we had great service. Our waitress was very pregnant and she gave us awesome service.

Food was very good and our server could not have been more pleasant. Look forward to eating there again.
