LongHorn Steakhouse reviews
39Pretty good food for the price. Ate here a few times and the service was great every time. The only restaurant in the area that was open during a blizzard and even though they were short staffed, we still received great service. Thanks to the staff!
Very nice atmosphere and delicious food. Prices are a bit pricey but for a once in awhile its worth going.
Food overall is good, the outlaw rib eye in particular. I would have given four stars but it can get busy at times, the service suffers for it.
Professional and friendly waitress. Service was fast. Food was delicious. Affordable. Definitely coming back.
Good was great, service was exceptional. Pricing was fair. Place was well kept, and management was visible & concerned for guess.
Went for prime rib, well they were out of it.so settled for another steak whick was cold abd flavorless, chil cheese fries tasted like cheap canned chili and full of grease.service was very slow.wont be going back
Have three locations to choose from all within the same distance of me but I choose this one every time. Usually not as busy or as long of a wait. Food is always delicious. Steak done to your liking. Only complaint is their dessert specials always come out frozen.
I have a friend that went and the manager named Perry, said insulting things to them, and made fun of handicapped people since my friend was in a wheelchair.
The food was also burnt and nothing was done about it. Sorry to say, this is not an establishment I would eat at if I were to visit York.
Visited this location for a family members graduation and had a great experience. Apps were good, on time, meal ran long and they didn't run us out. Thank you!
No matter which location I've been to and no matter what I've ordered from the menu, I am ALWAYS so satisfied with Longhorn. Can be expensive but you frequently get fantastic service and delicious food. So worth it for a date night or celebratory dinner!
This is a chain restaurant. Food is consistently good, but not remarkable. Waitstaff is excellent. Bar is good. On our most recent visit we had barely started on our salads when the entrees were delivered. We set aside the salads and ate the entrees while they were still hot. I'm not sure who is to blame for the timing. Is it the kitchen, the waiter, or the way the restaurant processes the orders? I could add a star if not for the timing.
The food was delicious, as usual. There was a 20 minute wait and the table wasn't extremely clean. The service was also very good, as the wait staff is always courteous and attentive.
Always got good food at this location. Today however the steak was so salty. It's was like eating pure salt. It was inedible. With that said the manager deducted my meal with no charge to me.
Manager perry was insulting employees in front of the customers. All of our orders were wrong and the food was burnt and my mother's mash potatoes for ice cold. A week ago we order dessert to go And the Strawberry Shortcake with stale and hard as a rock. Obviously management doesn't care about the quality of food and service avoid this restaurant
Lunch with friends. Service was awesome but food just so-so. Would visit again but only if someone else was paying.
Good food. Table service is OK. Friendly staff. I usually stop when staying in town for business. Beer is ice cold.
Highly dissatisfied. I went for pickup and they say in the email to go to the bar. I let the waitress at the bar know I was there for pickup, gave her my name and everything about 5 minutes before my pickup time (just to be clear I ordered an hour in advance since it was a Friday). She went to go tell a gentleman that I assume was in charge of the pickups. I went to sit down at the waiting chairs they have lined up beside the bar and watched this gentleman pack up orders. I sat there for about 30 minutes until finally I moved from the chairs closer to the kitchen and the gentleman noticed me and asked if I was there for pick up, I paid and everything, and noticed that the order he grabbed for me was the one I watched him pack up 30 minutes ago. My food was cold, and the only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because (once I reheated it in the microwave) the food was really good. There needs to be a better system for pickups to get their food while it’s still fresh and warm.
Some of the worse service I think I've ever had from a restaurant. When I order a rare burger I of course expect it to be a little under cooked. But what you get from here is a cold severely under cooked burger. Not to mention the waitress never once asked me for a refill or gave us bread.
Every time I use call ahead seating, I'm told it will be an hour and a half wait. When we get there the wait is more like 20 minutes. This week at 5: 30 pm I called for a table for 7. I was told for a party that big I wouldn't be seated until after 8 pm. Needless to say, we didn't bother. We went somewhere else. Call ahead seating is a joke. You can't fake steak, and you can't fake customer service either.
