Lowe's Home Improvement, Gibsonia PA

I went to the Lowes in Gibsonia. The workers were so helpful and nice. There were several workers who helped me figure out a visual measurement. Loved this Lowes!

Online stated they had Qty 12 of a bracket I needed, do drove to this not-closest Lowes. They didn't have even 1. What BS!

I usually have no problem finding exactly what I need here. And the fact that I can bring my dog with me is wonderful.

Many employees and customers not wearing masks. When I mentioned it to an employee, they said they weren’t allowed to say anything.

Luke- in appliance. This guy deserves a gold star, a raise, a high five.whatever you do to reward an outstanding employee. I come from sales, and from one sales person to another- the customer service I experienced with Luke was beyond amazing. He took his time to ensure I was taken care of. I had gone to a different Lowe’s, walking distance to my house- and the folks I had dealt with were unkind and unprofessional. Thanks to Luke’s customer service, I will continue to be a loyal Gibsonia PA Lowe’s shopper. He passed me while I was there a few days later getting paint and he recognized me right away- mask (thanks covid) and all! Took his time to ensure my refrigerator was working great and to say hi! He exceeded my expectations! #lukeforpresident

Everyone who works there is rude not one nice person when I was shopping today I understand they’re angry they have to be open but some ppl still need essentials

Went to get a washer. This is the only place that had any in stock. Was very helpful and friendly.

Ugh, new cashier with no supervision. She managed to get my card flagged for fraud at my bank. Had to wait 40 minutes to be able to take my item I wanted to purchase home after i called my bank.

Lowe's is great to get your home improvement supplies. But something finding a employee to help you get them down off the shelves, is pretty hard.

This place is a little piece of heaven. So much respect for customers and product knowledge. I used the Homestead Lowes and realized just how amazing the Gibsonia Lowes is. Mrs. Moran and Mark are absolutely tremendous at the Pro Desk.

I hate when I'm working at a customer's house, I run to Lowe's and they don't have what I need. Then I have to drive all the way over to Home Depot to get what I need. Lowe's needs to stock the shelves better! It happens often enough that there are times when I don't even go to Lowe's I just shoot straight to Home Depot.

Richland township Lowe's is by far the worst when it comes to stocking. Most of the crew stands around instead of doing what they are supposed to be doing.

McCandless store was nice and took back something the Hampton store should not have sold in the first place as it was obviously a damaged customer return.

The worst. I asked 3 staff members to help me. They just walked away. Really needed help with the storm damage I had in my home. So I needed rugs cleaning etc. Left. Went to Home Depot. I got about $300 for what I needed. Plus a employee helped me get what I needed and advised me on the products I needed to do the best job. Going back tomorrow with contractor to get what else I need. Never going back to Lowes

My favorite "toy" store, can.always find what I need. Not perfect bit they try to please. 8-2019 they alppear to be under going changes not sure exactly what but it is evident when you walk through the store.

Great alternative to home depot. I shop at both locations. Lowe's seems to have better quality lumber products and customer service.

Very slow service. Long wait for board cutting assistance. Only 2 slow cashiers. Wrong price came up on sale item so a long wait for assistance and then price check.

Lucky to get 3 stars. Convenient location however the personality level of employees leaves little to be desired
The two that I dealt with seemed irritated to.
1.have to ask me if I needed help and
2.ring me out when I was done

I wanted to thank Ed from Kitchen for spending almost an hour with me going over reviews with various washer and dryers before finally settling. He was very personable and made the experience very easy since I have never purchased nor owned a washer or dryer before. Thanks Ed and Lowes.

Lowe's is always good. Got what I needed on sale, so even better! Always find another reason to go back.
