Lost my washer and dryer in a flood recently. Went to purchase new ones. A gentleman named Dan S.went above and beyond finding the appliances we wanted in the back. Thank you Dan S.you made my evening.
I have been a fan of what Lowe’s has done for the Veteran community over the years, however my experience yesterday was very upsetting. My wife and I were shopping and we had a gentleman ask if we needed help. When we said “no than you” he tried to joke with us that we were arguing and that it happens all the time. Failed humor, but okay.maybe you had a long day and your breaking it up a little. He then yells out to as as we are leaving his area (paint department) and tells me that “this is the man store” and I wouldn’t have to worry about arguing if I left her at home. Meanwhile, my wife is actually way better with DIY home improvements than I am. His comment had no place. It was unprompted and unwarranted. Very upsetting.
