Purchased a brand new grill online went to the store to pick it up and they didn't have the grill I paid for in a box so they had some guy I had to litterly walk around and locate every 20 minutes only for him to tell me he can't find it. This lasted for a hour before he said they only had one on the store floor so for the sake of just wanting to now leave I accepted it he helped my fionce load it in the car and walked off. But when we got it home and opened it up there was rust everywhere in and around the grill. Even had water inside the temperature gauge part in the front. I took pictures and notified the store and they gave me some of my money back but i was still upset. We have used the grill atleast twice cleaning it out covering it and using aluminum foil but I don't know if there will be a next time purchase like that there with that service we received.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator in Sept 2020. About 3 weeks ago, the compressor died and Samsung could not find anyone within a 100 mile radius to fix it so they gave us credit for a new one. So highly suggest you DO NOT buy a Samsung appliance. They didn’t care that we’ve gone 3 weeks without a refrigerator. ANYWAY, Lowe’s went above and beyond to help us during the ordeal. They found us a refrigerator that was comparable to our broken one. They then held the refrigerator for us while we waited for the refund from Samsung. They called Samsung for us to follow-up. They did the return and new order process. They also were able to set up a delivery ASAP to get us a new, working fridge. A huge shoutout to Myla, Don, and Nick for assisting us through this process. We appreciate you.

Went to order a door, associate was less then excited to assist us. Felt like we were a bother, ended up leaving without purchasing

Picked up a magnetic digital angle finder which the Home Depot was out of. The price was 8$ higher but they price matched

Recently, Charles Gant delivered a LG washer/dryer combination to my condo which unfortunately was unable to be installed. Mr. Gant was extremely professional and kindly offered his assistance to research a unit that would work in my condo. He went above and beyond his duties by doing the research, calling me with information and texting me pictures of a unit that would fit my situation. I recently incurred a major back operation and his research was invaluable to me and my sister, Darice K, Harrisburg, who ordered this unit over 200 miles at another store for me as I was unable to physically shop or do the correct research. Please commend Charles and his tenanicty to provide excellent customer service to me and even offered to follow up if I needed further assistance. Waited 45 minutes for a scheduled pick up that couldn't be located. Finally left because I couldn't wait any longer. An hour later and I still haven't heard the status.

Went above and beyond to help me with some touch up paint. The machine wasn't matchung my wall sample. Most would give up and say sorry, but they stuck with it and found a close store swatch and he adjusted a little and matched. The extra effort is greatly appreciated.

Terrible service. Can't get any swatches of anything. Kitchen area people were all sitting around eating on the floor, and when I asked for assistance they told me "I could make an appointment".

There are always so many people in red vest, but no one asks if you need help finding anything. It seems like they are always talking amongst themself. I just find it odd, you have to find a worker get their attention just to ask where something is.

Cashier was very rude! 4/24/19 she was mad because things I bought were clearance and she she needed over rides. Wouldn't smile for NO ONE. Man in lawn and garden very helpful!

Both Home Depot and Lowe's are great for people never helping you if you need help, yet if you're just browsing you're bothered continuously by people asking you if you need help

I'm in Lowe's practically everyday or every other day doing Contracting work. I'm always completely satisfied with the pro desk and all of the employees. The management here is always helpful and knowledgeable, and my only beef with them is that they don't always have what I need.

The Best Lowes I have ever gone to. Never a wait in and out. Also, people who know what they are talking about.
