23Went right to the garage door opener we were looking for. Always a great place. The only reason I don't like going is I want to many things lol.
Lowes is great except the Craftsman tool exchange issue, where they only exchange the tools bought at Lowes. It's a shame all the money wasted at Sears that Craftsman and Lowes won't honor.
Our experience purchasing our washer and dryer was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend working with Rose!
What we are not happy about is the delivery experience. My fiancé and I work normal 9-5 jobs. He has to travel occasionally and I have clients that I cannot cancel on. They were supposed to come on Wednesday to deliver our washer and dryer. Neither of us could be there when they were supposed to come. Not a problem, we just rescheduled to today. We never got a call to confirm a time so we called and we are not even on their schedule for today. We now have to wait and see if there is room for them to fit us in today or the next couple days. It is absolutely absurd that we have to “wait and see” due to someone’s incompetence to schedule an appointment in the system when that is their job.
