Nice store, good people working there. But they didn't have what I needed, so minus 1 star. Sorry Lowe's.

Typically have what I need, but a few times their inventory said they had something but it wasn't in stock. Staff is helpful, but honestly sometimes hard to find an employee to help.

Looking for refrigerators. Because I am not dressed like a yuppie no one waited on me! I had CASH. Besides Home Depot has the same exact thing a LOT cheaper!

Had the blinds I wanted in stock, but they would not cut them. I put them back on the shelf and went to another store.

The aisles are so cluttered you can’t get through them. The employees at the pro desk do nothing to help you. I’ve dealt with it for a year. Went to Home Depot, clean, open aisles, fully stocked and extremely helpful staff for contractors. Not going back to Lowe’s any time soon.

They had a verity of appliances to select from. Only issue was that they only had 2 registers open and it was extremely busy with the holidays you'd think they'd have more open.

Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for. But the 2 stars are because I can never find anyone to help me. I typically do not shop here because in the 15 years I have lived in the area, I have not once had anyone help me. In 15 years!
I hoped today would be different. When I went to Home Depot I had 4 different people help me. It is sad that Lowe's is like this. Sorry guys

Folks at the paint counter were not very helpful, but I found what I needed. The website was actually more helpful.

Very friendly and helpful location. They have a great selection and the store is always clean. There a lady in the blinds section that is so helpful it’s almost unbelievable. So much friendlier and more helpful than the Home Dept just down the road. If you want need help or don’t want to feel like you’re alone in the store I recommend giving this Lowes a try.

Finding help is my only complaint! I can never find someone to help me lift the heavy items which makes my shopping experience difficult at times!

Love to shop here. Looking for appliances. Would be nice if they would put the size of the refrigerator on the display tags. It would make shopping easier.

Close to home but pricey so says my boyfriend. Sometimes out of what supplies he needs to make the project in production. He does like to shop there just like I like to shop at the department store.ha! Ha!

Shop here all the time have a Stanford's right down the road from me no way I will ever shop at them

Poor management.they will not price match items on sale at other lowes that are non clearance. The manager doesn’t even bother to come explain it to you. The poor girl at the service desk has to call him and then do all his dirty work explaining to people why they won’t match their own sale price.

Whenever we come here, we're always treated awesomely. The workers are very helpful and give awesome recommendations and answer our questions no matter how ridiculous the question sounds. Lowes is also incredibly cheap when it comes to appliances as well.

Wide selection of products for the home and home improvement. Lots of parking, easy access, helpful staff.

I've been to this Lowe's many times. Service and selection are outstanding. They have a very competent and friendly staff. The have experts who can answer just about any home improvement question you have. I believe every appliance in my house has been bought from this Lowe's store. You cannot beat there live plant selections.

I go to get my flowtrol and never remember what isle it's in, the employees are super nice, showing, and carrying it for me
