Used to enjoy this place over the other guys since there seemed to be a more friendly atmosphere but my last few trips have been pretty rough. A guy actually told me that he couldn't help me and almost wouldn't help me get a window ordered because the guy in the department was on lunch. I know management can do this for me. So after fighting me he got a manager. Worst visit yet!
The absolute worst place i have ever shopped at.do not go here if you want any help at all, the workers seem to know more than the managers do and thats pretty pathetic if you ask me.this place cares nothing of how long people are waiting to get answers for what there looking nor when they do help the know nothing, and like i said dont even ask for a manager cause they know nothing as well.terrible this place is.other locations are better.
Lowes always have what I am looking for and the hours are convenient. They are open later and earlier than I expected. That makes it great for those quick runs to pick up something that I forgot and need for a project. The employees seem pleasant and helpful. There is usually someone near by when I need help finding something kee have a question on a project I am working on.
Clean store, great prices compared to their compeditors, friendly customer service and cashiers
They let me take my dog which was important as it is too hot this time of year to leave him in the car. They had the items I needed and price seemed good.
We drive right by Home Depot to get to Lowes.they are our go to store.great prices.excellent selection.never disappoints
Their prices are competitive. They always have what I'm looking for. Gave 4 stars because they are always understaffed when I'm there. It's hard to get assistance when I need help with a product that is outside.
