39I love this Lowes they give me no problems with my business phone orders which takes up a lot of time at others
Lowe's used to be my go to! I have bought appliances, carpet, and much more from this place. But I have to say that after this week I cannot endorse their appliance services (or customer service).
I was supposed to receive a new oven that I ordered online. I paid to have my old one hauled away. When the delivery crew came they took my old one but then informed me that the wrong oven was loaded on the truck. So they left.leaving my family oven-less. I had to call and get a redelivery scheduled (you think they would take care of that), but that was fairly easily done. The oven was finally delivered today. After the driver left I took off the tape and cardboard around various parts of the oven, only to learn that the door didn't close properly. In addition to this a part was broken, and further the oven was not assembled properly (parts were visibly and obviously installed backward).
I drove to the store that it was ordered from. The customer service person told me to call a number. I asked who the number was for only to be told it was for the third party delivery service that delivered the oven. I explained that this would be no help as the oven was assembled wrong and they do not do the assembly. This was not the fault of the third party.
Finally I spoke with an appliance manager. I left there with the promise of a phone call in the day.
When I got the call they told me they would pick up the oven. Once they received it they would process a refund. Then order me a new one. Leaving my family without a stove for two weeks.
There was much more frustration to the story, but I will leave it here. All around it was abysmal customer service. Really sad. It is so frustrating when companies are too big to fail. My business will certainly be taken elsewhere moving forward. I should have been shopping at a more local store like Martin Appliance or L. H. Brubaker, to begin with. Lesson learned.
Do not enjoy shopping in this store. No one helps you. Multiple times people have been rude. If this is what they think a good shopping experience is, I feel sorry for them.
Good for smaller stuff, regular at bigger stuff, I got a compact fridge around a month ago and it was hit on the top, it still works fine, but the same happened to the washer my sister got around April, so hopefully you take this feedback for Improvement.
What more can you say about Lowe's? Has what you need, when you need it. Excellent selection as well.
Can't really offer a good rating. They didn't have what I wanted so I left. No interaction with anyone who worked there. No one offered to assist me.
I like Lowes. Helpful and friendly staff. I think some of the staff needs to be better trained. Blinds not cut correctly. Clean store.
Wanted shiplap. Very limited selection and have to find a contracted someone independently when I was told on the phone that they have people to do the install in-house.
The employees there are always willing to help. Even if you don't ask them for help they offer anyhow. The only bad thing I can say about this place is going with a plan or I spend too much
One of the nicer Lowe's; however there was only one register open which was kind of a pain since everyone went there. Very clean store, excellent assistance in finding items.
Would gave been better if my paint was included in the sale. Sign should say paint with primer. Not paint and primer.
I'm here at least once a week. The staff is very helpful. Some times there's a line at the register but they work hard to get you out quickly. I'm always able to find someone to point me in the right direction and if it's not what I need they have advice on how to get something done.
Not sure what to call my experience. I walk in grab what I want and leave. I've had not so great customer experiences in the past I minimize my visits to necessary convenience purchases only.
There employees offer excellent customer service! I have never asked anyone a question they could not answer or find someone who can.
Well organized, but hard to find help when looking for some items. An online store map similar to Barnes and Nobles would be useful.
Never seem to have what I need in stock or things in the right place. Products on shelf tend to be disorganized and mixed with other products. When I do purchase something they always seem to have just one register open.
Lose is a very impressive customer service oriented facility. Their staff is willing to go out of their way to make sure you're 100% satisfied. They are willing to offer personal experiences what products that you have questions about. They are very respectful, caring and knowledgeable of all products. They will also help find anything you need. If they don't know what exactly you need, they will find someone who can help you.
Poor customer service. Fork truck operators are horrible at operating equipment and don't know the fist thing about properly loading a trailer. I catch myself rereminding myself Everytime I leave to never go back. This store is at a convenient location and that's about it.
I was left in row 13 for 30 minutes waiting for help, when they finally arrived, the young man who didn't know anything was more interested in a young girl then helping me. I will never return to this store

Today when I get home I check my account and find out they took 2 times my money out Horrible place
