Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
39What can I say, they usually have what I need, some items are really marked up high, but when you need it in a jam, you have no choice. Nice clean and bright stored and helpful staff.
Great place to find everything for home repairs and decorations. Great assistance too! Delivery services if needed.
They have just about everything you would need. Rating it a 4 star because my last visit i was there twice. Once to get a key cut, gpt home and it didn't work. To drive straight back and find out they cut a 70 key and not a 68. Waste of time, gas and just annoying how when people don't take their time and think. How much time and agervation they're causing.
Don't ever work for them as a contractor. They will throw you under the bus even when one has hard evidence you were correct!
Usually find what I need here though wasn't impressed with their flower selection this yr May go to place for home projects.
What is it with retail stores not having enough check out isles open? This is why I would rather just shop at Amazon.
This Lowe's was nice. Nice place, location, and service, but we ordered 2 handrails for a porch and we had to wait 1 hour for the employee to grab 2 things from the back of the store.
A place to go for fast fix and go. Should you have home's to tend to and here is where you go. Cool.
Miss the old hardware stores that had all the odd items in stock. But Lowes is better than other store
Best Lowe's shopping experience yet thanks to sales specialist Jerry McHale. He helped me find everything and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks Jerry!
Most of the time they have what you need. I would still prefer the local family owned hardware store.
Poor. Cashier with an attitude, scanned wrong item. Good thing I checked receipt. Waisted 15 minutes fixing price at cust service.
Customer service was poor. I had 3 different employees tell me 3 different places where i could find concrete cleaner which i ened up finding myself.
Between 5 and 7 PM is an excellent time to shop at Lowe's. No lines and plenty of free staff to help.
I can find anything I need here for any project I could dream up. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful.
All though I'm a big fan and user of Lowe's, this last visit was for plumbing and piping parts was a disaster. The wrong fittings were in the boxes thus causing us to get home with the wrong parts. We're over 20 minutes away. This totally delays the DYI project. Reaching for a fitting that I know I bought but finding out it was a different size was beyond aggravating.
Couldn't pay me to use Lowes on Rohrstown Rd again for a home reno project. Very disorganized. The various people involved in the projects don't communicate. I had multiple problems at the store level and third party level. I should've just paid more and had a professional contractor manage my home project. Would've been been less of a headache.
Web site said they had something in stock. I go there and cannot find it. I ask someone and they don't know. I ask someone else and they say it must be out of stock. Wasted an hour an a half between driving and looking for what I need. Usually I don't have any problem there.
