When you're there to browse the associate flock to you but when looking for an opinion on a purchase there's hardly an employee in sight

I placed an order o shavingnline and went to pick it up. I was instructed to stand aside for someone else to help me because she wasn't trained on processing online orders. I continued to stand for the next 20-30 minutes. The whole time I was ignored by the 3 ladies there. After failing to get their attention as they moved back and forth I walked away and called customer support. I shared my experience with the rep and asked if she could ship it to me. The only option I was given was cancellation. My family is in the home flipping business. We spent a lot of money at Lows, including for my own house. I never had this types of issue with Home Depot.

Went on to the web site and found what I needed. It told me what isle to find what I needed in so I didn't go into there blind. Nice workers and some of them really know their stuff.

Horrible experience. Waited 4 days for a washer to be delivered, with each time nobody showing up as scheduled in the 4 hr window we were given. Wasted time sitting around waiting, and calling Lowe’s numerous times to resolve. Spoke to 2 managers, the delivery service, and countless other Lowe’s employees. Their was no accountability or responsibility on their end for the disorganization and time wasted. They pointed blame to outside delivery company instead. Even after guaranteeing to have it resolved, it happened AGAIN because the trucks showed up late. Never again Lowe’s.

What's happened to the great customer service that they used to give? Asked for assistance finding an item. I was told it was either in aisle 4 or 5 with a finger pointing. Maybe since I am obviously disabled a little bit more assistance could have been offered

Love their customer service! During installation we broke the glove of the pendant light. Called the 800 number, they quickly located a replacement nearby. And they didn't charge us! Amazing

A Lowe's like most others. I appreciate the size and layout of this one. It is also a bit cleaner than I am used to for a Lowe's. The employees resemble those of other Lowe's stores, in that I find them helpful for only the most basic of queries (e.g, "Where can I find X? ") but not for things like advice on home projects.

Good store. The helpful staff asks what you are looking for and provides good direction. Even the checkout people are pleasant.

I went looking for a tire air pump. It was challenging to find a staff member to help me find what I needed. After almost 15 minutes of wandering around the area looking for the item, I finally ran into a manager who helped me realize that they were out of stock. Then he suggested a replacement, which works just fine.

After being at Lowe's at 7am this morning, we had to return because our paint didn't match. Ed helped us return the paint and matched it perfectly! Whew! I won't have to paint the entire ceiling! Thanks Ed!

Appliance Delivery Nightmare - TWICE! My recommendation is to NEVER BUY APPIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION. Save yourself a ton of aggravation, money and time and go down the street to Home Depot. You will NOT be sorry. Reporting to Customer Service is non-existent and futile; they simply tell you they know. There is no happy outcome. DO NOT DO IT!

Rude and unknowledgeable customer service.

I called to ask about Christmas tree prices and the customer service person said that she doesn't know and she hang up on me.

Their selection of everything is sooo limited.

Prefer to drive to the Home Depot in Broomall or Springfield than having to deal with Lowe's employees.

Do you have your receipt? Doesn't matter if you bring in the credit card used to buy it, print out the bank statement with extended detail showing specifically that you purchased the item at Lowe's, and even that the the item was only purchased like a week ago, this entire company doesn't seem to care. They will use any loophole they can legally to hold onto every penny. So, buyer beware. While other stores can track every purchase electronically and every customer has a profile and every item a customer purchases can be traced back to that customer in pretty much every other modern store on Earth, Lowe's will demand a paper receipt or you will get nothing and possibly insulted as they try to just get you to leave. Also, I have personally found their employees to be absolutely incompetent, knowing practically nothing about the department they work in, and God forbid if you ask them to cut wood for you in a straight line. I don't know how they make curves out of straight lines using those big machines, but cutting something straight seems to be a problem for them.

Very knowledgeable employee knew the right aisle for an item I didn't even think they have, compressed air to clean a keyboard etc.
