There were major computer problems, and because of this the average wait time was over 30 minutes, with no explanation, until you finally made it up to the registers.

Pick up person was very rude, ignorant, and very-not-helpful. I'll never deal with her again, may even delay my pickup. Shame on Lowe's for keeping her in job.

The deliver service is terrible! I scheduled an oven delivery this past Saturday (12/1) and wasted my whole day’s time waiting for the oven. They then said that they would delivery on Sunday yet come Sunday night, still no oven. I was then promised that the oven would come on Tuesday and they’ll contact me Monday night.today is Monday, and no one has bothered to contact me about the delivery tomorrow. This is beyond unacceptable! I strongly do not recommend this location.

I like Lowe's because you can search for the specific location of items on the website. It's better than HomeDontGot1inchFoamInsulationsSheets, where you have to walk around for an hour looking for help.

RUDE checkout woman in the contractor checkout. This is why I will stick with Home Depot. Should not work in service job if you hate people.

This store is well maintained, the staff kind and knowledgeable about there department.
On the other hand it's a little far from my home, I go there because the Parkside store is the worst it's always a bad experience.

Overall is a good store.some employees forget the reason they work there is to serve the customers.

Convenient location from where I work. Plenty of parking. Never had an issue with finding what I needed and can usually get in and out in less than 15-20 minutes. It's really the only hardware store I know of left in the area since Stanley's Hardware closed.

They have everything you need, and its all well organised. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Checkouts are fast. Price is good. Their return policy is also good. Parking lot available with lots of spaces. Restroom is clean. I bouggt all kinds of things from here, varying from paint, lumber, laundry detergent, pens, insecticide, etc.

The building is relatively clean and the staff is quite friendly. They may not always know everything or where to find something but are willing to look it up for you. The parking lot can get a bit hectic at times but overall a good store.

Horrible store, do not by large appliances here. Purchased a new washer paid to have old one removed, they couldn't take old one because lift was not working on truck (they did manage to get new one off) never came back for old washer, I called everyday some days 2 times finally went to store to get something done, They will be out.in 2 days. Never again. I'm having a party with an old watsher in my driveway.

My wife and I went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. There was no one in the dept.we went to customer service at which time it was taking a good 15 minutes to get someone in the dept to tell us what we needed to know 75.00 delivery charge on top of the price which ended up being more than what we spent at Lowe’s.
