Lowe's Home Improvement, Plymouth Meeting PA

This store is managed poorly like most of the Lowes in the area. The management is just awful, including Matt, the store manager. It is impossible to get reasonable help without a fight and stress. Support local businesses and hopefully places like these will shut down as they could care less. Shame on the upper management for poorly running all these local stores.

Horribile place to deal with. Waited over a hour to get waited on nobody came. Tried calling nobody answered then got hung up on 4 times. How can these places treat people like this and stay in buisness. Well they lost a complete kitchen sale today homedepot.com is right around the corner so they will get my money.

Yesterday (3/27/21) I asked the guy in plumbing a question about faucet knobs, not only did he not answer my question, he just pointed to where the knobs were, after telling him I already looked there and did not see what I was looking for he walked away to another aisle and never came back to help me. I just ordered the rest of the items I needed on Amazon instead.

We are experiencing terrible service, we ordered a dryer that was faulty and leaking gas in our house and Lowe's still has not come to remove it 2 weeks later. I will never buy an appliance from Lowe's again.

Only been in here a few times with my friend while he grabs some things. However, when I needed screws for a project or when I needed a new drill, they have a huge selection. Always super clean and VERY organized which is great for a home improvement trype store. This is definitely an upgrade from Home Depot where there seems to always be sawdust on the floors. Nothing against them, I just prefer not feeling like I'm sliding around. They have pretty much everything here for inside and outside of your home and all the little projects in between.

Lowe's Is a Good store, I found everything I needed on my list, people are friendly, it was convenient shopping experience.

While I find that the selection of products at Lowe's is superior to home Depot, the staff is non-existent and you're much better off just looking up your questions online then trying to hunt down a staff member to assist you.

One of the cleanest and nicest looking Lowe's that I have seen this side of 276. Looks like there is a lot of internal improvements going on, will be glad the shop more there and see how things go

Don't know why I go to Lowe's at times. I use the Lowe's app to build my shopping list and when I get there inventory is always short or not there, the prices are different and you can't find anyone to help or knows what there talking about. I end up walking out frustrated, smh and going to Home Depot.

Good selection of items- during my customer service interactions during the last visit- 1 of 3 of the staff I interacted with could have not been less interested in what I was asking- the other 2 staff appeared preoccupied with cell phones but we're at least nice when asked questions. Better know in advance what you're looking for and where it is before you go in because you're on your own.

What happened at the store in the last year I will never go back again Home Depot is a little further away but the service and the selection is more home-improvement I waited 20 minutes to get three dollars back from the express checkout The store sucks

Customer Service is exceptionally poor. Phone Representatives intentionally cycle your call hoping you will eventually hang up. This was after messing up the dryer order. What a debacle, save yourself the headache, the $200.00 would not have been worth supporting this location.

To be fair it is 4: 30p on New Year's day. Ran in to take care of a last minute item before going back to work after way too many days off. The store seemed.like many of the patrons, in a stupor after a rough night of endulging. Low lights to cover the blemishes, light on staff, but overall I got what I came for no lines in and out.so 0 complaints.

At least 20-30 employees wandering around the store, but not one offered assistance. Store is cluttered with displays and skids in aisles.

Despite the plethora of "workers" in the aisles, only one register open at the pro desk. Self check-outs mobbed with customers with full carts.

Customer service is very poor, especially compared to Home Depot. Between my bad experience with them on several occasions and several other contractors I know, Lowe's has chased us away one by one solely on their terrible service. Their tool selection is also quite bad.

This is a great Lowes. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping started 15 minutes till closing and the staff was working on closing the store, but they still helped with the bathroom vanity we wanted to purchase.

DO NOT buy appliances here at the HAVERTOWN store, it was the most unpleasant experience ever! Waited 3 months+ for a refrigerator. Manager (Frank) could care less about any inconvenience his store causes the customers. He will not respond to your calls or requests for resolution.

Service is extremely poor every time I come to the store. It's as if employees see you need help and find places to hide

I was put on hold and transferred from department to department for a hour. I was trying to find out why my dryer that I purchased in store have not been delivered in a week. Customer service is non existence at this store.

Great shopping experience. Easier to find the stuff I needed then Home Depot (went there first) self checkout is annoying and constantly needs override with low weight objects.
