No wonder Amazon is taking over these companies. I spent 45 min, talked to 3 associates on how to find a single packaging tape, but there was none left in the entire store.

Lowe's (the company) is very customer friendly, but this particular store is terrible. It is consistently under staffed. I am recovering from an achilles tendon injury and in no mood to be walking all over the damn store looking for something.
There's next to nobody in the store to help. Totally unacceptable period.

Only self serve registers open. I needed help and there were 3 other people that needed help as well. The girl working the registers was overwhelmed. Such a big store and no registers open had to walk down to lumber. Took 15 minutes to finish my checkout. Way too long.

Always like Lowes. Is more oriented toward home owners and handyman home owners than other big box home improvement stores. Shop carefully but good deals are available here. HD might be better for contractors, but Lowes's prices are better on some items, but not all. They are a good alternative source for fixtures and appliances. Be sure to add this to your shopping list when you need things for your home.

The store is great but the employees are rude - not helpful at all. Now I go to Home Depot instead. There, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. DON'T COME TO LOWE'S UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AND WHERE IT IS. NO ONE WILL HELP YOU FIND IT.
