Lynnewood Gardens, Elkins Park PA

The application process was simple.my leasing agent (Jackie Dunlap) was thoroughly informative, the apartment community is beautiful and complete with all amenities needed for healthy, happy and safe living.pricing is reasonable and I’m so excited to make Lynwood Gardens my new home.

Jen everything is fine with the smoke detectors also we’ve been here a year and it’s pleasant living quiet and always a quick response to the needs of my place I would recommend lynnewood garden to friends or relatives

I had recent contact with Jen about scheduling work to be done regarding after hour call follow ups. Jen is awesome she always make sure that my calls are handled in a timely manner and repairs are done as soon as possible

I was having a morning toilet issue and had to call maintenance ASAP. They arrived fairly quickly and my toilet was fixed in minutes. The gentleman was friendly and pleasant. Jen is friendly and responsive when answering the phones as well.

I have lived here for almost a year now. Maintenance requests were responded to promptly. Jennifer Roats was very responsive to my request and overall living here has been great so far.

I have made 4 phone calls for a maintenance emergency. I have been calling since about 730 and no one has called me back yet. I explained to the man on the phone that this is a true emergency and yet I cannot get a response. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor has not called. I am so fed up with this place that I cannot take it.

I have been working with Chris and Angie. I am moving from Texas to here so my move has been a little tricky and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am able to have an easy transition.

Danielle went above and beyond to help us. We had a particular situation but she was there to assist us every step of the way with a smile on her face always. We couldn't be happier to have chosen Lynwood Gardens as our new home.

The leasing process was very smooth and simple. Chris Harvey helped me with leasing and he was very thorough and straight forward. I would have thought that the process will take a long time; however, it was actually short. I really enjoyed the process. I will ipdate as I start to live at the apartment.

So far my experience with Lynnewood Gardens has been great! I felt extremely confident three weeks ago when I paid my deposit for my apartment. Georgette was my Leasing Agent, she is very friendly and she was patient with me, it seems like she enjoys what she does! I've also had the pleasure of working with the Leasing Director, April and she was also very nice and helpful.

I look forward to moving in and I will definitely update my review after move-in.

Great experience at Lynnewood so far! Apartment is pretty nice and move-in was smooth. Maintenance came and fixed a few things in the apartment within a couple days (Jennifer Roats was very helpful).

Dottie, the renewal specialist, is great. She was quick with responses and very helpful during the renewal process.

From signing the lease to being here almost 3 months everything went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful in the process. No complaints! Very quiet place to live!

Management is wonderful! If a problem arises, staff is there to fix the issue. Always pleasant and helpful. Always good vibes.

This place has great customer service. You never feel rushed or that your issues isn't as important. The atmosphere is very family oriented and I feel very safe

I’ve been a resident at Lynnewood Gardens for 3 years and recently decided to transfer to another unit for more space. Dottie was very helpful with helping me select a new unit in the location of my choice and Jen in maintenance made sure any issue in my new unit was addressed prior to moving in and after the move in was complete. I would really like to commend their efforts on making my transition to a new unit as stress free as possible.
