Moving into Lynnwood gardens has been a wonderful experience. Jenn Roats from the office always gets the job done. The grounds are always Immaculate, people are wonderful and friendly including staff and neighbors.easy access to all sorts of fantastic shopping. Lynnewood Gardens is Beautiful.amazing price point, exceptional amenities and a very attentive staff.

I completed the online application on Friday. I got a call from Chris Harvey on Sunday. I scheduled an appointment to tour on Monday. Chris was kind, and caring. He answered all my questions.

I absolutely love this place! My family and I recently relocated to PA and the staff here at Lynnewood have been the absolute best.

Nice living spaces but had too many roaches. An exterminator was called and cleared my unit but I'd still find them on my porch almost every day.

Monica in resident services is very helpful and friendly.

Maintenance Department!

Great experience with the maintenance dept, especially with Jennifer R! She is always prompt, professional, and thorough. I put in a request and in about 2 days I received a response and the work was completed by Mr. Greg, who too was great! A day later, Jennifer followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed!

I have been pleased with lynnewood gardens during my stay. Especially the care provided from the Residential Office from Monica Adams its always a pleasure to get assistance from her.

My only downfall is maintence did not fix anything i have requested.
