Macy's, Monroeville PA

Macy's has gone down hill in the last few years. The last 2 stores I have visited were dirty and smelled musty. We hardly ever go here anymore because of this.

Love Macy's, the added a backstage at monroeville mall that you can find great deals! Check it out!

I was in the Monroeville store with my family.
It's a very nice store, and the staff was very pleasant.
The biggest problem was that the store's air conditioning either
wasn't working, or set to a very high temperature. My wife could't try any
cloths on because it was so hot.
We would have stayed in the store and bought a lot more if the air conditioning would have been working.
Hope something will be done about it soon.

I tried to exchange some pants didn't have the tag or my credit card and got a hard time and another employee came and found the same pants and did the exchange for me

The store smelled in the misses section. Petites selection is fairly limited unless you want to dress age 70+.

It is one of the nicest stores in the mall. They are very clean and the restrooms are also clean. The floor is organized and their are discounts and bargains to be found all over if you look. The sales people are very helpful. There is a great atmosphere in thus store. I would recommend for you to shop there!

Couldn't find anything we were looking for and No one ever offered to help us. 2 stars is for the store being clean.

Good customer service. Macy's conned me into a credit card so i could buy a vest that would go with a suit. But it was unavailable in my size but i could only get it from another store in California if i applied for the credit card. I did then the sales rep told me the sale wouldn't go through for the vest. He tried calling the other store no good. I dont blame the sales rep i blame Macys for making things unbelievably difficult

One of the last of the big department stores to still look and act like a big department store. Premium Brands. Beautiful displays. Incredibly huge shoe department. Excellent. Compared to what's left standing in the industry, such as JC Penney, Macy's is still high-end and magical. Shopping there at Christmas time really feel special, we're at shopping at JCPenney now feels like something lower than Target

I cant believe they closed the one down at the waterfront, very sad it was a nice store:) they are putting in apartments: (there are not going to be many stores to shop at for clothing, ect I think they got enough of apartment there allready!

Horrible delivery experience. We ordered a king bedset, and during the delivery, the hardware was incomplete and the bedframe lacked screws. The delivery men requested for an exchange and out of sheer laziness, they did not load back the pieces of the bedframe into the truck, but instead left it in our bedroom.

I was deal with one of the employees here at Macy's named Sherily at the check out counter. She was so rude and mean. Gave us additude the whole time we checked out. Please avoid her help (if she even ask you).

I shopped for a 2 yr old and hoped to purchase socks and tights for her. There were no socks in a size 2 at all. I purchased tights, all that were available in size 2;2 pairs. I purchased a sweater. There were no pajamas in 2 T.

It isn't what it used to be! Quality of clothes had gone down along with variety. Mostly don't go anymore.

The customer service is excellent, the store is clean, and I love the merchandise. The employees are customer friendly.

Macys always has coupons and carries name brands. You can shop for the entire family in one place. In fact you can shop for everything at Macy's. Then if you are looking for bargains there is backstage and you get great good quality items at a great price.
