All went well. Receptionist did'nt mention to take the numbered seats but room was nearly empty Dr. Shafrank always efficient.

Dr. Schafrank and his staff are always kind, professional, and detail-oriented. Dr. Schafrank always listens, which shows that he truly cares. My family have been his patients for twenty years.

Front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. AJ was extremely efficient and has a humorous temperament. I went for me and my youngest. We were in and out in 1 hour. I would recommend this to my friends.

All the staff were friendly and took precautions for safety regarding Covid 19. The doctors always explain, in general/simple terms, any issues they see or you are concerned about.

They have implemented common sense processes to handle COVID-19 and everything went smoothly. The nurses, doctors and staff provide exceptional service. I always feel like I am getting the appropriate care and communication. Thanks!

So happy with my new NP, AJ. He is really pleasant and if I have a concern or question he takes his time to listen to my full concern. I used to feel really rushed in and out of appointments but with AJ I feel more like my healthcare provider cares about my well-being and treatment. I am also very happy with the receptionists and nurses. They are also so friendly and professional.

AJ the NP is a Wanna be dermatologist! I have been to him three times and he has prescribed five different treatments for a small break out on my chin since he was unable to figure out how to improve the area after money and time spent on my end he just gave me a bunch of statistics about how adults get acne and sent me on my way!

Not to mention a couple lectures along the way!

Girls at the front desk are very nice and accommodating.

I think the doctors are reasonably competent but the office staff is uniformly unpleasant at best. I had no particular issues until I had something that was not quite an emergency but that couldn't wait more than a few days. The first appointment they would give me was more than a month away; when I insisted they were able to see me much more quickly but were so extraordinarily nasty that I've switched doctors. No need for being treated that way.

This is the worst practice I have ever been to, they switch doctors on me in and out like they are switching trash bags. Worst place ever!

The worst medical provider experience I have ever had. Waited for two months to get an appointment then waited over an hour in the waiting room. Never saw a doctor. Office staff were rude when asked about wait time. Many angry patients had to leave after waiting excessive amounts of time to never see a doctor. Don’t waste your time!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I repeatedly asked if I needed to pay a co-pay for a recurring visit & was told yes, and subsequently charged. I've since switched doctors and found out that I do not have to pay co-pays for recurring care so this office was taking my money for no reason despite me informing them my insurance company told me that recurring visits were included in the original co-pay. The receptionist treated me like I was a moron for asking the question at all. Thanks a lot!

This place was awful. Went in to get a mole checked. Dr. Turner and her assistant were in such a hurry to be done with me, it felt like an Indy 500 tire change. They rattled off post-biopsy instructions so fast I didn't understand them, and despite them specifically asking if I wanted to be notified either way (good/bad) of the result, I never got a call. When I called to ask, they never asked my name, only DoB, before giving the result. 2 people can't have the same birthday? Plus disorganized and shabby offices. I'll never go there again.

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Seo and Dr Turner. They treated for lymes when I had a severe allergic reaction to a sulfur antibiotic. Another time Dr Turner gave me an incomplete script which I was not able to get filled for another day when she returned to the office to correct her mistake. I do not recommend these two doctors if they slowed down and listened to their patients maybe they could diagnose and treat correctly. Always recommend a second opinion which in my situation saved me from being hospitalized.

Went in for a mole check. Doctor found one that was suspicious and sent it out for testing. I never heard a word. I had to call for the results myself. The area is now raised and itches. It didn’t bother me at all before the procedure.
I won’t go back there again.

The worst practice I have ever been to. In a period of 1 month I was shuffled through 3 doctors because two left the practice in that time that were "my doctor, " all while trying to start accutane, which if you have taken you know the time sensitivities with it. Between unresponsive staff, poor handling and pass off of my chart across the practice, inability to return multiple voicemails on the status of my chart and a nurse manager just calling to tell me basically the "new" dr. Stacey Turner doesn't think I am a "good fit" for her practice. (Which mind you I was at for over 10 years w no issues. " I have never been so disappointed in an office of medicine. I am a good patient trying to start medication I have been on before to help my skin and my confidence. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere, seems like the practice and dr's leaving is a sign of what you get.

Unfriendly front office staff, unfriendly patient room assistants, and the longest wait to see the doctors I have ever had! Was a patient for 10 years there and these issues have steadily gotten worse. I justified it for a while by only needing to be there once a year, but no more. The practice office I attended is poorly managed.
