Mavis Discount Tire, Philadelphia PA

Made an appointment for 11: 30 for an inspection. Walked in at 11 and was told itd be done by 4pm! Needless to say I walked out. Whats the point of setting up an appointment?

So I get my front tires replaced here. Moved to Georgia all to find out that they misplaced or broke my tire sensor and did not inform me about doing so. Now in Georgia paying for a replacement so I can be notified as to how much air I have in my tire.

Gil and Eric are GREAT! They answer all questions with a smile. They are fast and efficient and fun!

Very helpful and upfront went in for a flat tire they showed me the damage and gave me options on how to go about fixing it.

Tends to take a while, even just to fill up air. Experienced long waiting times for help on multiple visits.

I love the service they give my car. If i have questions they gladly answer it. Wonderful customer service is always given to me noe matter what day or time i arrive.

Good service. Not a particularly quick shop. I would have to say they are on the more expensive side then their competition. But I have aways been able to get my service done the same day. Sometimes you have to pay for convenience.

Terrible experience was told one price for a simple brakw pad change and ended up paying double because of "damaged rotors" after i got my car back 5 hours later my brakes were squealing and started smoking, i took the car back and they claimed the brakes were "defective", they slapped on a new pair 2 times after that and the same results continued ill never do business with them cheap quality jobs for a high price terrible business

The New manager they have Lou is a con artists and only want to rip the customers off. Word of advice stay away from that place. They have no clue what they doing their.im going back to my personal mechanic that always give the best advice and fair price. They wanted 200 for brakes done at STS, i took it to my guy and he did it professional for 50.00 and he can to me. Convenient

Terrible experience! I went for a simple oil change and he told me I needed coolant so I told him to go ahead and change it and when I left my check engine light was on and my car was overheating! My car has NEVER had the check engine light on or overheated in years that I've had it! They definitely did something to it! And they told me they couldn't do anything else because they were minutes from closing. Terrible service!

Ever since the old manager left, the service has been horrible. Looking for a new mechanic, no going back.

Took my car in for simple task and my car was perfect before and when i got it back there was problems and my service engine light was one and wanted me to spend more money to fix somthing they broke stay away!
