A rocky beginning but the end result was amazing thanks to Kevin the manager he worked it all out

If I could rate it ZERO stars, I would. I went in for a flat tire, and six hours later I finally got it fixed. They then charged me a recycling fee for the old tire, which I asked them to put into my trunk so I could take it to my usual mechanic for the sake of the warranty- they threw it out instead and thus charged me the fee. They didn't want to get on the phone to explain this issue to corporate, so they paid me off in cash.

Kevin at Mavis gave me great service. I would highly recommend dealing with him when needing work done.

The manager that was on duty today around 4: 00 p.m. Was extremely outstanding and helpful. He took care of an issue that the previous manager had promised us would be done today and it was not but the manager working today 3/17/21 took charge and took care of it he's an excellent employee and should be and recognize for the outstanding service that he gave us,

My first time there wasn’t great. But the manager called me he was nice and reasonable. He provided the much needed assistance on the situation that I’ve faced. And I’m satisfied with the customer service he provided. He reached out to me and made sure we could fix it. But if you go here just make sure you have no other plans for that day just in case. Good service highly recommend.

Friendly staff! Sean and Calvin were both very professional while being personable and accommodating. My second time here and both times they fit me in without an appointment. Both times they resolved my issues (new tires and oil change) and informed me of other issues that needed attention without any pressure. Not only is their location on City Ave convenient, but their pricing is also quite reasonable!

Mavis in Bala Cynwyd has been very helpful organization to get my car fixed. Today, I was in a rush to get home to New Jersey because I go to school at Saint Joseph’s University. Since the schools closed down for month, I needed to get an oil change so I can get home safely.

When I arrived, I told Sean my story and he worked with me despite being a walk-in client! It was a shorter wait than expected which really helped me come back to Jersey at a certain time! I thank Sean and the rest of the MAVIS for being the best place possible!

The city ave store is the only one I take my cars to. The staff is professionally and knowledgeable. They work with you as much as possible on prices. U reccomend them

The guys here were helpful and attentive to my vehicle. They were polite and honest and I appreciate that. I got my back brakes done. It didn’t take too long, even though they were busy that day and I was late for my appointment. Overall, the whole process was convenient and they honored the discounted price I saw online. I will come back again when my car needs attention.

I complained about how long it took to service my car, now my car is making a lot of noise that it was not making before I left my car with them I will never take my car back to this place I can't believe they sabatoged my car

I’m very grateful for the service at Mavis this Sunday morning. I hit a pothole and blew out my tire which is a special order. They put my spare on. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The guys here are the greatest. I got a flat tire on a Saturday and after GEICO put on the spare, I called them up. They quoted me an incredible price ($69 including installation!) and finished the job same day even though they were packed. I will go to them for any tire needs I have going forward and will patronize Mavis locations across the country if I ever need to. They turned a stressful and inconvenient situation into a positive, friendly, and simple one. Take your business here.

The service was great and the mechanic even when into detail about what still needed to be done. I thought the issue had been tsken carr if by the previous mechanic. No hard sell for services. He even unloaded and reloaded the trunk to get to the spare without complaint.
