I will definitely be using their services again.
I needed to get my car inspected and wheel alignment (car pulling to the right). It was a Sunday but they were still able to see me the same day. Turned out, two tires were on backwards. They didn’t charge for the alignment check and fixed the tires as a courtesy. Great service! And highly recommend

One of the best places to get an oil change, tune up, or any type of tire maintenance needed for your car. An oil change will run for roughly $27 with a discount coupon. They get rid of old tires (even if you didn’t purchase new ones) for just $1. The team here is sincere, efficient, and the prices are fair. If you’re a woman, they won’t hit you with any misogyny! Definitely check out this spot for fast and thorough car service.

Staff are friendly and tried to help in a bad situation beyond their control. Unfortunately, things went from bad to worse, and a 4-hour job turned into several days and defective parts being installed in my car multiple times and not identified. Combined with an employee complaining to me that I called their corporate office over this, the friendliness is insufficient. Not recommended.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET BRAKES DONE! Went to get brakes looked at. Said I needed roters and pads. Never looked at my rear shoes, which were horrible. After 2 very long waiting periods, and not to mention the unnecessary trip i took there with no brakes bc I was told to, I got the brakes and rotors. THE NEXT DAY MY BRAKES WERE GRINDING Took to the back and they replaced them. After waiting 3.5 hours! Just to be told that they won't replace them again. Now less than 6 months later, my brake pads were metal on metal and rotors were going! No one believed that they were both even 6 months old. They ripped me off. BUYER BEWARE!

Inexpensive tires but slow service, and they tried to sell me new suspension items I had replaced less than three weeks before. There were at least 4 people working, and only two cars. It took an hour and 45 minutes to replace 4 tires and check the alignment. The alignment adjustment took less than half an hour, because I asked about my car just as they were putting it on the lift for the adjustment. I will go back, but only because their tires are a decent price.

Awesome and quick work! Brought my own used tire to be put on my rim after being popped by some stupid nail. Not only did they accept the used tire, they gave me the lowest price yet. Very happy with their service!

I called the number listed for Mavis on City Ave on Wed, I told the person who answered the phone the make year and model of my truck and he told me my tire size, gave me a list of tires to choose. I told him the one I wanted, he ordered it, told me it will be in on Fri, they will call by early afternoon.ok, cool. Fri around 2pm I call the shop and ask if my tire is in, Im put on hold and then I was told it is in. After work I go to the shop, check in and the mechanic says, let me see if your tire is in. (Ummmm okay, I called earlier and was told it was in, but whatever). He says it is and told me it would be about 1/2 hr. Okay, so an hour goes by and another mechanic calls me to the register and says, "You ordered the wrong tire. " No, You ordered the wrong tire, and furthermore you had me sit here for well over an hour to say you dont have the tire. His response was, "I know right! " I was pissed. I got my keys and left. No one apologized for wasting an hour of my time for the carelessness of their staff then he tells me the number that I called to order the tire wasn't the actual store but a service line. If I could rate this store NO STARS, I would. No customer service at all, I guess they make too much money to care about that

I had nothing BUT positive experiences with the guys at Mavis Tires. They're professional, friendly, and the prices are fairly reasonable.

My fiancé and I rolled up to STS thinking we were in need of an entire wheel replacement-my rim was dented and holding no air. A mechanic greeted us straightaway and explained that he could hammer out the dent, which he did before changing out the spare tire and filling all of them with air. He was incredibly professional and kind. I won't go anywhere else!

Good customer service. They were very helpful in providing me with the most cost effective way to address my issue.

This place has no idea what they are doing and won't even acknowledge it when you ask them about it. There prices are great and the reception guys are super friendly but the actually people have no idea what they are doing. If you have the option, go somewhere else.

Friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure got what we needed. Even stayed open late to take care of our needs.

These guys cut me a pretty good deal on Michelin Pilot Sports for my Benz and an even better price on the alignment. Smooth and easy, they OFFER road service and the extras without the hard sell of the other guys. Really friendly service guys, just talk to them, you'll see, tell 'em I sent you.

This is where you need to go to get things fixed. They were quick (same day) cheaper than other places ($600 vs $850), and kind and courteous through the entire process.

I use these guys for wheel related repairs. Great price, do a good job. Although they are a full service shop, I generally go somewhere else for more complex non wheel / tire repairs; figure I should stick to their specialty.

FASTEST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED! I got a flat tire. The staff was patient and polite, and fixed my problem within an hour. Highly recommend!

Price seemed competitive and I was told to just stop in but when I arrived anticipated wait was excessive.
