Gym is ok but buyer beware! I’ve been ripped off by this gym as many others have (read the reviews). They say you are not on auto renew yet at the end of the year they charge you again for the yearly fee and put you month to month.
I called to cancel at the end of January after I saw my credit card being charged. They told me I’ll be charged for the yearly fee Feb 1st even if my cancellation letter gets there by Feb 1st and even though I’m clearly not using the gym past Feb 1st. Such a scam!

My wife and girls said “This place is the worst, equipment is dirty and out of date. The men instructors are to personal, they stand and watch you on equipment. ” Told wife and girls to drop membership, they did and still billed us. Very bad experience!

PRO: Has great equipment, crossfit training room, movie cardio room, delicious protein shakes, tanning, variety of classes, movie screen on every cardio machine.

But the staff do not have a good upkeep.

CONS: Paper towel stations to wipe down equipment are always empty, bathrooms have tiolet paper on floor even in the morning, ripped up thin mats, poor weekend hours, gets SUPER packed during busy hours, only one waterfountain station that has luke warm water. I also don't like the bikes in the cycling room. They don't have "gears" they just have a knob to turn to change the resistance. Never know what resistance you are actually using.
I will continue to go here because it's super close to my new place, but it's not the ideal gym. Hope this review helps!

Great gym to go to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not too crowded if you know their slow hours. Outstanding experience on my first day and cant wait for more.

If you like b.o, nasty floors w/pubes all over, and tons of people, this is the place for you. It often times can take up to 2 hrs to finish a 1 hr work out simply because there are so many people. If you come around 3PM-6PM there are actually lines to use certain equipment. And it really never dies down. I’ve tried coming at 5: 00AM (opening time) and 12: 00 noon and there’s still an obscene amount of people. Also, it’s mostly a millennial crowd here. So be prepared for a lot of “show offs” - people who don’t really work out rather just want to show off their newest tattoos and gym attire.

God forbid you try to cancel your membership. I called and said I didn't want to continue my membership and they said no problem it won't renew. It ended up renewing and still having issues with them. Wouldnt recommend that place! Go to planet fitness:)

My wife has been waiting over 2 months for a refund of $480. I have called many times to get this straightened out and Mike is "never around". I find it totally unprofessional that I can't even get a phone call back.

Not overly clean. Way too hot - only two ceiling fans for the whole gym floor. Small lockers - cannot hang pants or a coat. Only one water fountain location that I have found so far. Exercise mats are thin, ripped and very dirty. Soap is always out in the shower.

Not at all $10 like advertised.theres a $50 sign on fee, and then a yearly "Club Enhancement Fee" thats around $50. If you try to get out of your yearly contract you have to do it a month ahead of time, and theres around another $60 opt out fee if you do it before your year is up.
In order to have access a good chunk of the gym you need to be a premium member which is $20 a month. Without that you can't go in the exercise bike room, or two other group rooms. Overall its an average gym. Seriously lacking in abdominal machines (only 2). Adequate cardio machines if thats your thing. Only two squat racks and one smith machine. Its just a mehhh gym

If I could give this Gym zero stars I would. I first signed up a year ago. This was my first Gym experience ever. I was very nervous, uncomfortable about trying the gym and had no idea how to use any equipment. However, John Stefanowicz (the personal trainer at the time) contacted me and I came in for my free consultation. By the end of our meeting I felt much more comfortable, yet still hesitant at the same time about signing up as his client to train. Let's fast forward one year later. I have had the best Gym experience Ever from being trained by John. I have been able to walk into that Gym with my head held high and hit the equipment with such confidence because of his training. However, in the last 2 months there, the managerial positions in the company are horrific! Michael Coe is a disgrace to even have the title of 'Manager'. What Michael needs to be doing is making sure the toilet paper, Paper Towels and cleaning spray is being properly stocked. Also, he needs to make sure the broken Gym equipment is fixed. Michael is a Coward that's why you'll never see him on the Gym Floor. 5 Stars to John Stefanowicz, 0 Stars to Management!

I have been a member for the past 2 years and have noticed that the level of cleanliness and attention to detail is decreasing. The shower stalls in the male locker room are not properly cleaned and I have personally experienced some sort of "growth in 2 of the 3 stalls multiple times over the past 3 months (1/17 thru 3/17). In addition, some of the machines and equipment have been broken with "out of order "signs for over 2 months. Lastly, the paper towels and cleaning fluid are often empty. As stated earlier, this has only been the case over the past 3 months.

Wish I could rate them a zero. They told me that I signed for 6 months then when I went to cancel it they told me I was signed up for a year. This is the second time they have done this to me.never again will I sign up for this gym.

Horrifying. Beware if you try to cancel your membership, they'll keep charging you no matter what. Horrendous customer service.
