I'm suppose to be having surgery in January 15th and its already January the 10th & my sergeants needed another lab work to continue my step to surgery but mazzoni fail to comply on making another appointment for lab work which may result in cancellation.but anna & ash is the only amazing people in their. I will be finding another trans friendly clinic.

Love the Mazzoni center. Started treatment in July of 2018 and most of my visits have exceeded my expectations. Quick thorough service. The doctors are very quick with getting you the info / papers you need for treatments. The receptionists are great with last minute referrals as well. Only downfall are the INTERNS. Sheesh. Unorganized and terrible communication. No knowledge of anything lgbtq related.

Was a great resource, but last time there they treated me like i had never been there before.really turned me off. Not trans friendly since Melanie left. No support, unless your gay with HIV.guess thats where the $$$ is.

Impossible to make an appointment. Phone calls not returned. No response to emails. Prescription refills ignored.

My experience at Mazzoni was horrifying and experienced discrimination as both a patient and a job applicant based on my HIV and mental health status, which are both protected under the ADA.
