McDonald's, Ephrata PA

My one and only visit to this McDonand’s was shameful! I went in to order my food the floor was wet and slippery with no sign. Almost slipped and fell. I ordered three Big Macs and got two and one had no sauce! Also, ordered three fries and they came half boxed… I also ordered three medium milkshakes and got two small and a medium. To top it off, I ended up with a can of coke instead of a fountain drink because their machine was broke but I still paid full price for everything being messed up. Called the manager and complained and it was like speaking to a child with no sense of responsibility or ownership!

Waited over 20 minutes. Line did not move at all. I just finally left. People screaming. Massive line of people.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, rude managers. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only one there. No matter what you order, if there’s food involved they make you pull around and wait for it. I’ve never waited less than 10 minutes. Not at all worth it. It’s well worth the drive to the other end of town or to drive a quarter mile down the street to the Burger King. This McDonald’s should be shut down. Awful service

They let you sit in line in the drive-through for a half an hour before coming out to tell you that the store is closed. I will never go here again, and if you are traveling through this town do not stop at this McDonald’s

This place was a filthy wreck.never have i felt even more disgusted leaving somewhere then i have tonight.it smells like old crusty soda residue.papers everywhere.floor slippery and greasy and sticky.soda machines uncleaned & employees just standing around acting as if the place wasnt looking like a complete wreck.

You have to wait a heck of a long time up here in Ephrata Pennsylvania to get service completed even when they're not busy

Don't eat here. Burgers are dry, flat, cold and tasteless. The fries also cold and tasteless. So if you are looking for bland food and poor service.this is your place. Otherwise find somewhere else to eat.

Great fast food when your on the go, can't go wrong with there $1.00 drinks.just check your bag before leaving the drive thru, to make sure your order is correct.

Never have anything you want slushies always down get it fixed they always screw up order and food is cold

Place is advertised 24/7 and is not. Says so even on the door but I came in to see if I could order and the lady refused. No sign or anything. They probably were just unwilling to do any work as it seemed they were both standing around or listening to music. Don’t know how they’ll make money if they refuse customers. Would recommend that the staff there look into whoever worked tonight.

Edit: The lady then came up to my car in the parking space outside and told me they could serve me now but I left. Obviously that just means she lied to me previously and was probably told by her manager to come out and tell me that. I did not go back in as I felt that they had already burned this bridge.

There machines never work when I go to that McDonald's All I wanted is there amazing Mocha Frappe and the go figure there machine wasn't working.

What can I say, it's a McDonald's. Wish they would have healthier options. Other than that, it's on par with other ones.

This McDonald’s is just as bad as the one on e.main st, my kids are both autistic so pizza and nuggets is all they eat, and McDonald’s nuggets are their favorite unfortunately both McDonald’s in my town are the worst ones in the world.

Waited 15 min only 3 cars in line. Rude at pick up window. One breakfast sandwich was half cooked. Egg was still jell. Do not go to this McDonalds. Should of just left burned down.

The service was very slow. It's the same each time I go but it's the McDonald's on the way to work

Went inside and ordered on their new system then waited 15 minutes to get our food. Would not recommend.

Not happy with McDonald's lately food has not been great don't feel fry cups and service is lousy

I had to order from the kiosk machine then they called the wrong number for me but my food was correct

I just got home with my order and the hamburgers were hot but the fries were cold and gross and I had to throw them out

Nice restaurant but the workers are disorganized and slow. And the ice cream machine didn't work
