McDonald's, Philadelphia PA

Food isn't bad but I am missing something every single time I order and have to go back to straighten it out every time.

Worst McDonald's in the city. Waited 10 minutes & no one came to take my order but they were taking the other lanes orders.

I ordered 20 nuggets and 2 medium fries. I ordered through Uber eats. My package came completely sealed, so I know the Uber driving had nothing to do with me not receiving the 2 medium fries. I paid $17 for 20 piece nuggets. Never again.

Wait for 30 minutes on drive true and no body took my order my son have to get out the car and talk to the manager

Worst service ever. Waited 45mins after paying for food. By time we got our food everything was cold, ice was melt & soda was flat. The People that was in front of us also waited a long time too just sitting at the second window. The Women In the second window had a really bad attitude. This place just getting worst ever time. Smh

I really used to enjoy picking up food from here but the experience I had the other day with this young lady through the drive thru honestly made me want to never fo back, she spoke to me in such a terrible manner and even cursed at me and said she SPAT in my burger, I was able to see her name tag and I think her name starts with an L or a Z I'm not really sure, please, take care of this

The problem with this McDonald's is that there ice-cream and cold drinks machine is 90% of the time not working.

As a truck driver and i have visited McDonald in every state of the country the management here has to go on training to some mcdonalds in Ohio, Iowa to learn how to do their jobs.

I used to work here. This is the most cleanest McDonald I have ever worked at.they are popular too

The management seems to run a pretty organized operation. The dining area was relatively clean. I didn't have a chance to check out the bathroom, but I gave a high rating any way, being hopeful. The muffin on my sausage egg McMuffin was a little singed, which I believe means that someone is not properly regulating the toaster.

Spent $22 and everything was cold. The fries were nasty. They gave us sweet tea instead of hi-c for our son's happy meal, no ice for my drink, just awful period!

Sat in Drive Thru 1 for about 10 min. While drive thru 2 was taking orders. When i finally gave up and pulled around they said it was my fault because of pulling too far up on the sensor. No, sorry myself and the guy behind me were in the same boat. No one responded. Very slow service, then to top it off they gave me the wrong order. They need to redo the entire staff here immediately.

I dont know what going on with these fast food places but there food and there service is HORRIBLE and the food is Over priced Especially McDonald's

Consistently forgetting food. Staff is the farthest thing from customer orientated. Food always tastes as if it has been sitting out since the previous day. By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. This location still has not figured out their two car drive thru so be prepared to wait. STAY AWAY!

Its was absolutely horrible 30 min in line to take my order and another 15min at the window waiting on my food.horrible

I think everyone who works here needs to wear hair and beard nets this is the second time that I found hair on my chicken sandwich.the drive through takes forever like 25 minutes I waited.just very unorganized.but hair nets should be a must in any food place especially big as this one

This place is so dirty I once saw a roach walking up one of the seats instant 1 star but they gain a star because they have speedy service

Terrible I told them no mustard or pickles. And they gave it to me anyway. So I had to throw it out cause I was home already

Worst place ever. Too slow, incomplete and wrong order. Bathrooms extremely dirty.never will go there again.

Always get the order wrong. Asked for syrup and the girl behind the counter looked me right in my face and told me they were out of it, and I could see it on the shelf behind her
