26Normally don't come to this location was in the area went through the drive through order taker was rude with a attitude - food wasn't fresh and sweet tea watery -had to pull over and go inside since I was displeased with everything manager was cool but I see things still didn't change with this location won't be back
The manager was horrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I ordered chicken nuggets and they forgot the sauce. I asked the manager for a package of honey mustard sauce. She looked at me and walked away.
The absolute worst! I had a uber pickup and they all ignored me until they were done ALL the orders in the lobby. Then a worker and 2 customers were involved in a verbal altercation that almost led to a fight! So unprofessional!
The wait was very long, the cashier had a nasty attitude and on top of her nasty attitude she got my order wrong. I will not be returning.
Worse service, every time I do the curbside pick up they take over 15 mins. They will come out with my food look around & take it back in! When you go in they’re just standing around!
I/2 hour in the Drive Thru Line, order was wrong, and when the 3 girls decided to actually listen, my fries were ice cold. Never again will I go there again, nor will I recommend it. Not the first time being disappointed.
