McDonald's, Berwyn PA

I can't recall having ever been to a McDonald's worse than this one. Miserable employees. They notice you standing there and take their sweet time approaching you to get your order. For those who don't like fiddling with ketchup packets they have a dispenser at the condiments counter THAT NEVER WORKS. Fix it or get rid of it! I'm local so I've rolled up more than a few times 30 minutes before closing to find lights out and doors locked. THE WORST!

Never like to go to ones of these fast food joints but do get coffee when I'm in a rush as they make it just right and only a dollar so you cant beat it.

Customer service is fine until they mess up your order and you try to get it fixed. I have never been treated worse than I was here. Half this staff should be fired.

This McDonalds is horrible! There is no customer service at all! The cashier was a b****, the drive thru guy had no personality. Our one sandwich was so old, the bun was hard as a rock! They were out of everything. When I would ask for something they didn't have the cashier would just shake her head no. No words were spoken, just shook her head. Don't ever eat here!

I ordered a McChicken and they gave me a half of chicken piece and they were laughing about it and there are roaches in there

I saw the bad reviews but didn't think much of it. I don't hold fast food places to high standards, but this place is literally the worst. The cashier yelled at us for not thanking her properly when we gave her our money. The food was passable but definitely not worth the treatment you get. Please go somewhere else.

Lazy, try to close early. Ignore customers who are in line when they are still supposed to be open for half an hour. Rude manager claimed that I didn't go around drive thru twice and get ignored. Who makes that up. Always very hesitant to complain before I get my food but couldn't help it with the ignorance of these employees. Would give 0 if I could.

Run poorly, forgot part of my order, did not process coupon provided and fries were half full. Skip McD's and go to Wendy's just up the road.

Gross. Love that you can see the roach spray in the window of the drive thru as well as trash piled outside the door and food improperly stored. Food poisoning waiting to happen.

Genuinely one of the worst mcdonalds staffs i've ever had the displeasure of being "served" by.

I have worked at 2 different McDonald's, and I could see lots of things wrong with this one. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. The service was slow and understaffed, and there was no water or unsweet tea. I usually work mornings, so I know how breakfast is supposed to be. I could tell that the bagels were overcooked, the hashbrowns were old, and the scrambled eggs were old and overcooked. There was way too much butter on the bagels we got, and there was not enough breakfast sauce.

The worst. One of the employees used the F work while talking to a customer and there were children there.
