McDonald's, York PA

Every single time we come to this McDonald’s to pick up an order, we’re stuck waiting inside for more then 10-15 mins, meanwhile they focus on drive thru only. Just to repeatedly get asked if I’m ready to order after we already told how many people we were here to pick up an order. They need to hire staff who pay attention to detail and actually care about their job. Tired of McDonald’s becoming a playground and hang out spot for who I thought were supposed to be employees. There’s no way the wait should be that long when I’m watching your drive thru get cleared out multiple times. Inside orders matter just as much as your drive thru times, so let’s get it together.

I dont personally like McDonald's. However my son likes to get a happy meal here and there. Staff is hit or miss. And 1 out of 10 times they remember the BBQ sauce.

This morning I ordered thru the mcds app. Great app. Special deals only on app. Walked inside, had food 1 minute later. Great job

You know how it is. Not enough employees and had to pull ahead and watch 6 cars go while I waited for my food. Then I had to park and go in to get what they forgot.

Piss poor staff and management. They never get your order right. Only to get cold food. Never again will I go ANY McDonald's ever again

My wife loves the donuts but it seems like ever since they came out they've got worse everytime. The first time they were great, now they're not even trying, they just shove them into the bag as one big blob. $15/hr huh.

Good food and love the sweet tea! But sometimes they'll forget some stuff on your order so before you pull out of the drive thru check your receipt and make sure you have all your food and drinks.

Drive thru line was crazy. When i finally got my order it was missing a fry, there was no bacon added to my burger, and i got a reg. Coke instead of a diet.

20 minutes in drive thru at 930 on a Sunday morning! Food was warm at best and not even an attempt to apologize for a wait the equivalent of a full service restaurant. Drive thru screens not working.

The floor was extreamly slippery and when I told someone to use hot water to mop the floor they gave me a very snarky remark and said they're going to use the water they're going to use

The kiosks weren't working so we hit the help button. We stood there waiting for 10 minutes for some one and no one came so we went and stood in the cashiers line to order food. We waited there about 7 minutes till our order was taken then waited about another 8 minutes for our food. Once we got our food the orders were wrong and just we left. We didn't even want to get the order corrected cause we were already running late. Horrible experience.

The self order screens are really nice, but did not have a 6 piece happy meal. Service was fast, order was correct.

It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. 5 cars ahead of us. No one offered an apology for the wait and certainly didn't offer to compensate for it. Food wasn't even hot. We ordered 2 mc chickens and a double cheeseburger.

WORST location this chain has! Service can't be any slower! Employees change daily. Place is usually dirty the employees should be ashamed of themselves. They're more interested in talking to one another instead of actually helping a customer, which is what they're paid to do. So sad.

Foods always done too fast. Yes I said too fast. Seems like whenever I go it's not being made when ordered or close to it. It's More like reheated when ordered.

The sweet BBQ bacon crispy chicken is delicious. I'm not a big fan of Mcdonalds but this will have me going back!

They were out of multiple drinks and took a extreme amount time to place order and recieve order thru drive thru

I hope they improve their service, I have visited this McDonald's 3 times and I always complain that when I ordered and they give me always missing article and I always have to claim them.

The service was slow we were asked to pull up to wait for hashbrowns we waited 10 minutes before walking in to see what was going on I was told they were waiting on eggs had to wait another 5 minutes

Just sat inside waiting 20 minutes for food that was never delivered to my table. I eventually just asked for a refund and left. Horrible service, long waits. Don't waste your money here.
Also, the employees here spend way too much time chatting away and not enough time actually working and trying to get orders done, correct, and to the customers
