30Takes a long time to get your food. Don't go thrthe drive thru unless you have some vacation, it takes for ever!
I had a really BAD ️ EXPERIENCE at McDonald's today! Everyone was asked to pull over to the side somewhere because all of the waiting spots were full with cars waiting for their orders. Then when they started brining out the orders, they were giving people the wrong orders! I had to get out of my car as gentleman did to go inside to get my order
This was a well maintained store but the standards seem t be slipping a little over the last two years
We did not have a good experiences here while traveling into York. We ate here twice for dinner and breakfast. On both occasions there were quality and service issues. The dining room was leaking water coming from the roof into bucket in more than one spot. Out orders were wrong both times. The manager was aware and nothing to make it right. Never again!
Fast food.not so much. I pulled in at 9pm, finally got to the food window at 925pm thinking I was going to get my order and go, having waited 25 mind in drive thru.nope had to wait another 5 mins while I watched a girl stocking apple juice the kicker is. I ONLY ORDERED A MEDIUM FRY! Didn't even have fries ready after waiting 30 mins.
I ordered food for my family and a salad for myself. I was told that they "aren't doing salads". Then I waited for 16 minutes for my food in the drive thru line.
Just an all bad experience on Route 30. Long wait for drive thru for a start. We waited about 15 mins for the food only to see that they had messed up our order.
I love there cheese burgers and fries.
But it seems at the times I go it's always a wait.
But they are friendly and always apologize.
The guy at the window was a jerk he wasn’t even dressed properly. Worst service I’ve have ever gotten. Couldn’t even tell you his name because he was wearing a hoodie.
