MedExpress Urgent Care reviews
31I was in and out today in 40 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and my experience with the dr in charge was excellent. He asked a lot of questions and took his time diagnosing my illness. I will go here agin if I need care over the weekend.
I won’t send my dog there. Worst experience of my life! If I had the choice to be treated at med express or die slowly I would choose to die slowly at least I won’t be treated like garbage by medical rejects! Save your copay and don’t go. You are better off googling your symptoms and treating yourself trust me!
Two stars for friendliness. But that is all you will get here. My friend had a couple millimeter long cut. MedExpress staff applied no pressure, gasped as they looked on in terror and sent him to the ER. Long story short, the result was $50 in the drain and he was sent to the ER for a situation that could have been handled by any "medical professional".
Was with my son, who was having a hard time breathing. He has asthma. They gave him a breathing treatment, and told him that he has ten days to come back if he needs another 1, with no charge. Also put him on cortisone and they have a pharmacy right there. Was very imprest with Med Express, give them a BIG 10. Thank your for your excellent service.
Like others noted before me. Staff is rude and make you feel uncomfortable like you are there wasting their time.
Been here twice and waited over an hour and a half both times. Took my wife to UPMC Urgent care in between my visits and we were in and out within an hour. Seriously take "express" out of your name.
Its ok for quick emergency walk in things, BUT I was there a few weeks ago and they told me I had a double ear infection and that was a Sunday. So they gave me a Perscription. So five days later the medicine was gone. So I went to my pediatrician and the doctor said that my ears were clear no cloggage no nothing so she looked in my mouth and she said that it was my mouth bothering my ears and it was my 12 year Moellers coming though
I had a fantastic experience here I went to my PCP for three months and he kept giving me antibiotics for a cold and when I went here they took x-rays and gave a treatment for a cold and in the morning they called me and made arrangements for me to go to the hospital because I had heart failure I love this place and highly recommend it
Excellent, friendly doctors and very friendly staff. I've gone twice: once for me and once for my 6 year old. Both times my wait time was minimal and the experience was great.
Great doctor (Dr. Ke), fast & thorough diagnosis and Q&A. Also, quick paperwork processing as well. Front desk staff loudly gossiped about others like teenagers, but otherwise i was very pleased with service. Will return if i have urgent care need in the future.
A rip off this location charged me 80 dollars for a physical my coworker went the same day I did and they charged her 30 for her physical I'm not understanding.why was I charged so much never again!
