The sales associate was in an a hurry. He was pushy and very snarky. He didn't apologize for his behavior and didn't care to explain how the bill was itemized. Left without buying anything. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place.

Edit: While I'm uncomfortable with rating any higher I will say that a representative did reach out to me and offer me a 50% refund of my original rental. It doesn't make the way I was treated right.or give me the day back, but I accepted because I need the money. People should be kinder in positions where they interact with the public. I have PTSD. Why is unimportant. Believe it or not I ended up a shut in because of my symptoms. 2 years. Mostly from panic and fear in public. This interaction was debilitating. A reminder of why I don't interact with people. I hope your staff will remember that they deal with men from all walks of life and that many of us are struggling with demons from recent wars, or the way we were raised, and other complex issues facing all men. I have facial scars.i already don't like the way I look. Many other people who see me cringe and it's obvious they don't like the way I look either. This was an opportunity for me to maybe feel a little better about that. Next time do better.

The older gentleman who addressed my final tux fitting would not listen to me about the fit of the arms of my shirt and jacket. Subsequently while standing in front of my best friends wedding guests as best man I could not comfortably fold my hands in front of me lowered I had to practically hug myself. I was anxious enough! I did NOT like the way I looked. Thats their motto, isn't it? Smarmy "justa don hold your armsa likea dis" (I'm Italian, so zip it) exaggerated motions. If I tell you the fit is wrong the fit is wrong! Never again!

The gentleman who helped us with our suit was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue was I had a set price for our group and everybody was charged different prices within a 100 dollar range. When I asked, I was told, "oh the coupon was in a note and nobody saw it". This was stressful on the groomsmen which followed to me, the bride. So if you go, they're nice but watch the price.

If I could give them 10 stars I would for their customer service, especially Shelby. Coming in from out of state, we didn't have the usual time to try on the tuxes, and Shelby & Team went above & beyond the morning of the event to help us with truly last minute shirt and shoe size switches. And she even pressed a new shirt for us in real time. What a great way to start off the "big day. " Absolutely stellar customer service.

The service was excellent from one of the sales reps. The atmosphere was cool, and clean. Was no pressure at all. Nice place for wedding rentals as well. Which is why I was there getting fitted for my friends. Decent prices too!

Went in to buy 4 pairs of dress pants, 2 casual pants and 2 pairs of shorts. I was hoping to get the same quality and style of dress pants I had purchased from MW before. But apparently not, the only pants they had were between $200- 250 a pair and they no longer stock anything like the ones I had purchased before. I gave up and went to DXL.

They handled the intermingling of Prom and Wedding season well, but failed to send me a notification that my tux was available. I was not the only one in the wedding party with this issue.

I went here for the first time tonight for inspiration. Everyone seemed pleasant, Max assisted me. He is very knowledgeable and provided information and pamphlets I take home to help with my brainstorming. Wish I could of stayed longer - this was fun! 5/5 stars thank you Men's Warehouse.

Associate was very nice and helpful. There clothing is simply over priced, sub standard creep in my opinion. Used to buy suits and shirts there in my 20s and 30s, but quality always pretty much sucked.

Went in for a suit with a short notice, only 3 days. Got in and Max Faley helped get me fitted and on my. Not only was charismatic and personable, he also was extremely insightful and knew exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 deserves a raise.

Husband bought a suit that he thought he needed for a new job. Asked if he should rent. "Oh, no. You have 90 days to return it. " Ended up not getting the job, tried to return it. "No can't return it. " Ridiculously bad customer service and a bunch of liars only trying to make a sale.

(Actually would give ZERO stars if it were an option!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! In and out in 5 minutes. The staff seemed very uninterested in helping us decide what kind of tux to rent for my wedding, along with the rest of the wedding party. We need at least 5 other rentals besides myself. When asked if we had an appointment, I said we did not. At that point the guy basically just pointed at the few options they had on display, and then threw a color swatch on the table for the tie/vest options, and he walked away. There was NOBODY else in the store, so I'm positive we were not taking up somebody else's "appointment". The others in the store didn't seem to care either. In fact, they all seemed more interested in watching the football game that was on the television in the store than helping us! We were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This is a second marriage for both of us, and we are not 20/30 somethings; but.we have $$$ to spend and are going all out! Fine! You don't want our $$$? We'll go someplace else.and did! We went to the Men's Wearhouse in the Colonial Park area, and received OUTSTANDING assistance! So, if you live on the West Shore.take the 15 minutes and drive over the river. Again. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

This is by far the worst experience for getting a tux I have ever experienced. Went in on October 7th to get fitted for my cousin's wedding on October 20th. Now I understand we were crunching time when we arrived, and when we walked in initially to introduce ourselves, we got no response.

The older gentleman of the store was cool and comical and was pleasant to deal with. The rest of the guys working that day, lazy sob's. None of them cared we were there and we're almost annoyed that we were there to begin with. Once explained that we were in a crunch with time, they said we would still make the deadline and just there would be a $20 rush fee. That was ok with us cause we knew we're on crunch.

Well after taking measurements and getting calls to pick up our tux, every single one of us (six total groomsmen plus the groom) had to get re-ordered. I'm a size 34 pant waist and they ordered me a 46? How the hell are you off that much. And when I said about this while trying on, they got rude and irritated like if was my fault. NOT ONE PERSONS RENTAL FIT AND HAD TO ALL BE RE-ORDERED. Funny how they messed up ALL OF OUR rentals and charged us a rush fee to deliver the wrong tuxes which they were able to get in literally next day. The whole interaction and experience from this location was so bad that none of us from this party will ever recommend this location or company because of how bad this whole experience was just solely from the attitude of the workers in this location and their ability to do their job correctly. #NEVERAGAIN

My experience with MW, and this location in particular, was nothing short of a spectacular display of incompetence and failure. This was for tuxedo rental, for my wedding:
On my first visit in store, when sitting down to discuss the step by step information for how this works 4 months before my wedding, the associate gave the following information: you can pick any tuxedo style you want, it arrives in 6-8 weeks, and you can exchange sizes and styles as many times as you want up until a few weeks before the wedding. Of course, NONE OF THAT IS ACTUALLY TRUE, and I found that out when I hadn't heard from anyone and followed up 10 weeks later. Also during this first visit, measurements were taken by that same associate. In retrospect, I should have checked those measurements rather than trusting someone to do their job. I'm 5'11", 200lbs, so pretty average. When my tuxedo arrived 3 days before my wedding, I went to try it on. You can see where this is going. The pants I tried on were a 40" waist. Two years ago when I was 20lbs heavier I was a 38" waist, when I was measured I was 36". Would love to hear the explanation on that one. The jacket I received was a 44. I'm a 42. The shirt was a 34/35, I'm a 32/33. None of it was close, and mind you, this is what these people do for a living. The demonstration of incompetence continued all the way until my wedding day. Now keep in mind that when they set up your tux style in store, they set it up for all your groomsmen too. All our tuxedos were exactly the same, with the exception of the groom's (me) who had a bow-tie rather than a regular tie. At this point it was not surprising at all when on my wedding day I find that my last groomsman has different shoes and cuff links than everyone else. The only thing less surprising than that, was when 5 minutes before my ceremony started the top button on my jacket popped off. If you enjoy the an incompetent staff, failure at every turn, and a little extra stress for the biggest day of your life.this is the place for you. If I had to do it all over again, I would get my suit from Salvation Army before I went'to Men's Wearhouse.

Avoid this men’s warehouse at the capital city mall. Worst salesmen ever. Go to the one on Jonestown road in HBG they get 5 stars.

Part of me feels like I got the worst store rep in that building, but I still feel obligated to write an accurate review. Being engaged to be married in 2 months, I came to this store hoping to be rent a tux and get some guidance from its employees on what looks good with my skin complexion and what all I would need for my big day.

Everything started off smoothly, until the store rep discovered that I'm not renting a full lineup of tuxes for my groomsmen. As soon as I made that clear, he became indifferent to me and my order. I've seen more smiles and cheers in Central Booking at the Judicial Center. He answered my questions with short, brief statements that really didn't provide me with any information, and my order continued to feel unwanted as the process moved along. If I was not so pressed for time, I most definitely would have walked out and went with a different vendor.

As for why I feel like I got the worst store rep, two other individuals came in to either pick up their tux or start their orders, and were worked on right alongside me by other employees, both of whom gave full explanations of their options and showed an interest in what they were trying to get for their weddings. We all know the expected courtesy that comes with retail workers. This individual did not live up to that expectation and seemed to want to make me feel cheap for not going with society's standard of spending tens of thousands of dollars on my wedding. I cannot see myself recommending this store to anyone.

I have no complaints about the products, however the staff can be completely oblivious. You should let a customer know someone will be with them shortly. Don't just walk by and try to avoid eye contact. This branch needs work.
