Men's Wearhouse, Camp Hill PA

The customer service was very poor. A close friend of mine got married and sent my suit to the camphill Mens Wearhouse. As i walked in, no one seemed to approach me to ask if i needed any help. After finally being approached and giving them my full name; they claimed that my suit was not at the store. After what seemed like forever and the 3rd employee later, They found my suit. It was in the back with my name on it like i had written; and told them many times. Before hand i felt as if they were making fun of me as if i didnt know what i was talking about. As if my suit was non existent. The apology i got afterward was really not an apology at all. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For my daughter's wedding, the guys rented their tuxes from the Camp Hill Men's Wearhouse. Going down the line, the groom's pants were 5 SIZES TOO BIG, the best man's vest was also too big, the ring bearer's shoes were way too big, one groomsman's pants were too tight, one's shirt was too tight, and one's actually fit. The father of the groom got a shirt that was too big. Almost everyone's pants were too long. The only person whose tux actually fit was the father of the bride. The gentleman who fitted him actually seemed to know what he was doing, but other staff was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help us. Fortunately, everyone picked up their tuxes 2 days before the wedding and were able to get exchanges. With a $240 tux rental charge, I would expect them to be able to take correct measurements! As if there weren't enough stress already a couple of days before a wedding! Gave 1 star only because they were able to get the correct sizes in time for the wedding.
